We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

We have purchased a few new trucks in the past. Problem is I'm in Dover so it's more convenient to shop closer to Dover.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

The whole experience was 'no pressure' and transparent. Dan was awesome! Love that I was given the time to test drive, ask questions, come back and do it all again. The zero pressure was a wonderful change from other dealers I visited during this car-hunt adventure. Love my car!

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

We worked with Steve who was our salesman. Steve was a genuine, honest, lovely man who just want it to make us happy. He didn’t push anything. He was thorough, helpful, and I felt as though we were treated with respect and kindness and honesty.

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

Purchased new in 2019 touring model- have 76K on it - no issues so far. Changed brakes all around - plugs - one drain and fill on the tranny and changed the fluid in the transfer cases. Changed the oil every 6k. Info screen is dated but once you get used to it - its fine. Touring has the 17 inch wheels which gives it a good ride quality. Good buy!

Have had our 2022 for 8 months now. It's been great, the fit/finish and ride are superior, IMHO, then my previous CRV and Rav4 vehicles. The only thing I would like to see is a touch screen entertainment center rather then the manual knob. The interior is well laid out with quality accents, feel and quiet, again far superior to our previous SUVs. So far it's been mechanically sound with no issues and we are enjoying it very much.

James King-Robinson and Nick Saporito were great to work with answer all my questions and no high pressure sale pitch. Got the deal I wanted on a 2025 Mazda CX50 along with no pressure to buy add on at the time of signing the paper work. They also gave me a starting price before stepping into the dealership, where other try to make you test drive before giving you any starting point price..

Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

For the most part I really like my 2013 Mazda. When I stop the car and try to turn off the ignition it doesn’t turn off the engine. In order to turn off the engine and electrical, I have to restart the cart and pump the gear shifter several times and then turn off the ignition. My wife used to drive a Mazda MPV had the same issue.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. Great gas mileage. Interior is not overly cluttered. Exterior is stylish. Great value for the money. Rear seating has plenty of leg room. Would recommend

Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

I’ve had my share of crap with dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with a very patient knowledgeable salesman “John” at this location. He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

I did an extensive research on Japanese SUV’s and I kept coming back to the Mazda CX5. This vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is amazingly smooth and quiet. It also has really good handling and plenty of power even with the 4 cylinder. I think Mazda gives the best bang for the buck of all the Japanese car brands. I highly recommend the Mazda CX5.

My 2023 Rouge was in for a warranty recall involving the replacement of the engine. Although it took along time, I was provided a rental car. Matt in service kept me advised of everything that was going on until the completion of the repairs.

I own a 21 Carbon Edition. Great vehicle. And worth every penny. I came from owning only Hondas. Traded in a 2021 Accord Sport SE with 7000 miles. I have 22k miles and have not any issues so far. I love the color, step in height, the look, the interior, the exterior. Average 29-31 on the highway. Best decision I've made concerning buying a new vehicle
