We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

Bought this model in 2014 brand new, it's 10 years later, at 100K miles, still runs like new , only items done are maintenance so far.Tires, brakes, battery, wipers, etc. Has never been in the shop for anything else. Period.

Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

I recently bought a used truck from Brian Hoskins Ford and the experience was one that went above expectations. First, the sales experience was top notch. The service was friendly and professional. When it came to the sale, the price was fair with no outrageous fees. I was very happy as I drove home in my new-to-me truck. I had bought the truck “as-is” and knew the risk in doing so. However, when a check engine light came on soon after the purchase, I was nervous that my great sales experience was about to be overshadowed. To my great surprise, the dealership worked closely with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond including fixing the issue at no cost and providing me with a loaner vehicle during the fix. Overall, I am more than happy with my experience with Brian Hoskins Ford and will definitely consider them for future purchases.

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

Excellent experience from start to finish! We've always been a Honda family. Daughter purchased a CR-V as a 1st responder during the pandemic and loved Nancy Juhasz, salesperson. I was looking to purchase a Passport and called Nancy. She knew the car inside and out, answered all our questions and worked efficiently to get us what we were looking for. This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Dealership! From the courteous, friendly smiles when you walk in the door, they always make you feel welcome and eager to help you get into the car you want. The sales department, they are top notch, good credit, bad credit, whatever your situation, they will do everything they can to get you in that car of your dreams! I purchased a used convertible and hated it, I only owned it for a year or so and desperately wanted to trade it in for a new Camaro. I knew with the convertible being financed, it would be hard to get into a new Camaro with most likely being upside down on the original loan. To my surprise, Jonathan from sales was able to get me in this brand news SS Camaro, which as I mentioned, never thought possible. AND without being upside again. The service department is also top notch! They can work on any car, not just GM vehicles. I take my Lexus to them, my daughter took her Challenger to them, and the prices are more affordable than what you would think for a dealership. They go over your car top to bottom to make sure the issues you have are fixed and your car is back to running as it should. If they happen to notice something else going on or something that could be an issue later down the road, they will inform you of the problem. They will never overcharge you, never fix something without telling you, no surprises at R&R. The body shop, I have used their body shop multiple times & my husband recently bought a classic vehicle and decided to change truck beds on it. We had no idea what paint color was used on this truck and how we would match it. Thankfully Les from the body shop, not only matched the color perfect, he came to our home with his equipment to match the color, I have never had anyone even think to bring their equipment to your home. Another thing I’d like to add, just this week, my car was having service done at R&R & I had an injury at home & needed to get to urgent care. I got the call my car was ready for pickup & I explained my situation & that I probably wouldn’t get there until my husband got home later in the afternoon. June from the service department was so kind to have one of the drivers, Rusty, bring my car to me so I could get my injury taken care of. You will NOT find this type of service at any other dealership. These are just a few ways that the staff at R&R go above and beyond for their customers! From the minute you walk in the door, they make you feel welcome and part of their family and the relationship you have with them, lasts forever. At R&R they remember you, they know your name, your family, your vehicles, you are not just another sale for them. Have had our 2022 for 8 months now. It's been great, the fit/finish and ride are superior, IMHO, then my previous CRV and Rav4 vehicles. The only thing I would like to see is a touch screen entertainment center rather then the manual knob. The interior is well laid out with quality accents, feel and quiet, again far superior to our previous SUVs. So far it's been mechanically sound with no issues and we are enjoying it very much.

After not having the greatest luck with car dealerships, I decided to try once more. Eli immediately made the buying experience super easy and stress free. I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

First, let me say that I don’t necessarily enjoy reading long online reviews when considering a major purchase, but I really can’t explain my experiences at Reedman Toll Subaru in one or two sentences. If you want an honest description of what it was like to buy a used vehicle from this dealership, here it is. I’ve been around the block and have purchased many used vehicles. As a former auto mechanic who has worked on my own vehicles for over 40 years, I’ve rarely purchased a used vehicle from a new car dealer. We own a 2014 Acura and really like it, so when we saw a 2013 Acura at a local dealership (Davis Acura) we decided to check it out. The price was a bit high, and apparently we were taking the salesperson away from an important TV show or card game, as it was quite obvious he wasn’t especially interested in selling us a car on that particular day. The next day we saw a very similar vehicle online (at a much better price) at Reedman Toll Subaru. Although they’re over an hour from our home, I had the day off and we decided to go see it. Our salesperson, Matt T., didn’t know we were coming but was asked by the online sales representative we’d spoken with to show us the car. The car was nice but had several small dents in the fender, which looked like an amateur repair job (and may well have been), and it definitely detracted from this seemingly well-maintained vehicle. As a result we were quite hesitant to pay full price for the vehicle. Matt apparently spoke with his manager (Shawn S.) and then came to us a few minutes later and asked if we would consider buying the car if they could fix the dents. We told him we would certainly consider it, but we weren’t going to pay more, and we weren’t going to commit to purchasing the vehicle until we saw the repairs. Matt said fair enough, and they took the car to their body shop to remove the dents and repaint the fender. As this process would take several hours, we really didn’t want to have to drive over an hour to get home and then come back again later to see the repairs. Matt said, “How about if we bring the car to you? If you approve of the work you can buy it, if you don’t there’s no obligation.” This was more than fair, so they completed the work and brought the car to my wife’s workplace. The work was well done so we completed the purchase. We were certainly satisfied so far…but then the brakes started squealing loudly a few days later. I took the car to my mechanic and he discovered that the rear brakes were worn down to almost nothing and the car was not drivable. I knew the vehicle had just been inspected before we bought it (not by Reedman Toll Subaru), so I called Reedman Toll and spoke with manager Shawn S. He asked if I could send him an estimate of the necessary repairs (over $400). I did so and he approved the work that day. The car was repaired by my mechanic and I received reimbursement from Reedman Toll about a week later. Matt and Shawn were in communication with us during the entire sales process, answering questions and addressing any and all issues that came up with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. It became quite obvious to us that these two gentlemen stand behind their products and are extremely customer service-oriented and responsive, even well after the sale. I would not hesitate to drive over an hour to Reedman Toll Subaru and ask for Matt if I was in the market for another car.

Purchased new in 2019 touring model- have 76K on it - no issues so far. Changed brakes all around - plugs - one drain and fill on the tranny and changed the fluid in the transfer cases. Changed the oil every 6k. Info screen is dated but once you get used to it - its fine. Touring has the 17 inch wheels which gives it a good ride quality. Good buy!

Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

My car was over heating again this time I had a tech named Dylan who took the time to find out what was really wrong with it and figured it out thank you Dylan I give you 5 stars

This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

After what felt like the millionth time typing in “Subaru Forester” into Google (cars.com, cargurus, and autotrader too), I happened across Braxton Motor Company. I recently had a negative experience at another local dealership and I wasn’t feeling too optimistic. However, Mike picked up the phone and turned everything around for me. He answered all my questions, gave me additional details about the car, and negotiated a better price than what was listed online. He was upfront about interest rates he’s seen recently and worked with me on the cost of the extended warranty because it’s a product he genuinely believes in. After I made the 45-minute drive to see the car, Mike made everything easy. Since I’m not familiar with the area, he suggested a good test drive route and encouraged me to install my son’s car seat—never making me feel bad about car shopping with my wild child. Braxton Motor Company even had some table games and plenty of snacks to keep my son entertained while we worked through the paperwork, which was a huge help. Everyone at Braxton Motor Company was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process as painless as possible. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

Purchased my 2020 Mazda CX-5 while actually shopping for a Nissan Rogue. I Purchased from a Nissan dealership which I'll never do again if I ever purchase another Mazda. The vehicle was listed for $23,899.00 with 23,633 miles. Love the power and over all handling of the vehicle. The Machine Gray Metallic color is awesome as well.. Read alot of good things about the CX-5 as well as some horror stories. To soon to tell with just owning it a little over a month but hoping for the best time will tell..

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

I haven't owned a 4 cylinder in a long time. I had a turbo 5 Volvo, a 6 cylinder accord, and a Mercedes c300 6 as my last three cars, then before that I owned a last model year RSX (2006, I wouldn't count the new ones) for a long time so that's the closest comparison to this. I think the RSX felt a bit more sporty (I didn't have the Type S), but as for power they're a pretty close match, and I bet the Mazda 3 would smoke it off the line with it's torque heavy engine. I think the RSX looked more sporty too, it had probably a more mature styling to it that I appreciate now even more than I did when I owned one, but I will say every time I look at my Mazda 3 I like it more and more. I've seen a thousand of these on the road and never had a strong opinion on them, but my girl in red keeps growing on me, and when I take the dog out for walks I circle the car and look it over and understand it more and more. I have a 2018 fully loaded GT, and the interior is mostly it's strongest positive. The facelifted w204 is easily the nicest looking interior I've ever been in, and the accord maybe the most comfortable, but this is incredibly close to the accord in terms of comfort and only lacking in slightly worse seats and less room. The seats are great though, but the 2012 accords were some of the best I've say in. The fake leather has a great balance of firm and give to it, and what's even better is the whole interior is wrapped in a similar nice synthetic material that's a joy to be wrapped in. I've never owned a car where my arms are supported on both sides in such a comfortable manner. I'm 6'1 so I keep my seat low but I feel like I have a good deal of room, in fact, I test drove a 2023 (gen 4) Mazda 3 that was an incredible price, about $800 off from my 2018 and even less miles but the new interior design is nowhere close to as good as what we get in the gen 3. You have almost no room to spread your legs out in the newer models and that's a deal breaker for me. The one major weakness of the 2018's interior is the tablet on top of the dash looks hideous. I think I mentioned earlier my model is fully loaded, and I mean it. But what's that mean, a premium sound system, some exterior trim pieces tacked on? Nope, here we have some genuinely cool features. Adaptive headlights that turn with the wheel, a heads up display that's projected on a piece of clear plastic that raises up when you start the engine and can show speed, road signs, blind spot info, next GPS heading, etc. We have automatic windshield wipers, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, a great Bose sound system, paddle shifters. My car has more bells and whistles than my wife's high trim 2023 Tuscon. I really love my little Mazda, and I'm hoping to take it down some back roads to see if I can enjoy the driving part as much as some others do, as I've mostly spent time on the highway or in stop and go so far. This was a purchase I was unsure of 3 days ago when I made it, but every couple waking hours something pulls me to that car, whether to drive it or just to sit in it. I know now I've made a great choice.

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. Sydney who is one of the Sales Reps and also the “Repo Lady” made sure she checked on me to make sure that I was doing OK as I was waiting in the waiting room for my paperwork to be finished and finalized. Albert who is the Finance Rep make sure that I had all my documents ready and prepared and made the signing process so easy and smooth to the point that I did not break a sweat when I signed my life away Lol! We ended up buying our CX-9 once we finished the end of our lease since we have enjoyed the car so much. Currently, our mileage is around 50K miles & we've only had 2 issues so far: check engine light would not go off (emission's issue) and a GPS issue. Our GPS could never locate our car and would show us miles away. The dealer was able to fix both issues. We love the way how solid the car feels on the road and the inside/outside look of the car. Perfect for a family of 4-5 since the 3rd row is tight.
