I have had Gabriel Paramo as a Service Consultant twice now. Both times he has offered Excellent service. He has done everything he could to expedite the service of my vehicle and minimize my wait. The previous time I was in he prioritized finding the cause of our warning lights going off, knowing that we had a family weekend planned and we needed the car as soon as possible. LSM Cars by far has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were very honest, sincere and made the whole buying process easy from start to finish. My sales rep Teo was very knowledgeable and patient while Erika the finance manager was looking to get me approved with one of their banks. I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

This is our sixth car from Mercedes Benz of Nanuet. Butch has helped us with the last three cars and we look forward to the next one because we believe he always looks after our best interest.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

Mercedes has always been praised for its fine ride quality, and it's fully equipped to deal with everyday life. I like this car. It uses less fuel.

I love my car. The tech in is car is ridiculous. I makes it seem your driving a spaceship(dad's words) with the two 10ich screen in the front. The feature set complements the car as well. With different mode to boot. I could be any happier with my purchase.

The technology in this vehicle is superb! I have the AMG blackout line with the upgraded Burmester stereo. I will say I'm not sure I can tell the difference between the upgraded stereo and the standard? Other than that, the large iPhone look on the dash is pretty neat. It connects to my Android and everything is voice activated. The placement of the Android auto plug is little irritating right behind the cup holder in this car versus the other Mercedes where it was inside of the center console. The interior, although with a retro type look with the black and red leather, with silver touches, the silver seems a bit cheap looking in my opinion. Plenty of front seat room! A bit firm for the seating but I'm pretty sure this will last me a long time without having any leather issues. This car gets very zippy in sport mode, I love it! Econ mode is great for my long commute on the freeway. I'm averaging around 32 mpg for both city/highway combined. I haven't driven it long enough to determine a true reliability.... But I did have to have my brakes/rotors replaced under warranty--they were thinking it's a manufacturer's type defect so I sure hope so!

I have a 2019 A220 Sedan, FWD. Have had it over 8 months now. Have 9K miles now. I am a car guy so really care about all elements of the driving experience (My last car was a 2017 Audi A3 FWD). The design of the A220 is great. I love the styling inside and out. Great tech and tons of comfort and safety options that I really like. I think the sound system is quite good (better than A3). The screens and interfaces are all great. I have the light beige interior and it always looks sharp and chic. Basically, I love looking at it. However, there is some cheap hard plastic on the interior that started rattling and vibrating by 6k miles which makes the car sound and feel cheap. I've taken it in twice to try and insulate the noises, but they persist. So even on smooth roads you hear plastic vibrating or rattling unless the music is up. My Audi was never that bad. That really downgrades the experience for me. Reminds me I got the 'cheap' Mercedes. The engine is powerful enough for what it is. Zippy and fun in general. Decent but not very impressive gas mileage. However, it is very hard to get a smooth start from a stand-still. Unless you get the gas just right it can be very jerky(A3 had a little of this too). Can really lag and buck in stop-and-go traffic if moving very slowly then accelerating normally. It is very frustrating! It has nothing to do with auto start/stop, that is ok. It's a transmission thing apparently due to dual clutch design and the turbo (I've read bits about it in other pro reviews)... Once you are rolling, it is pretty smooth and responsive. But pulling away from a full stop is very often a little jerky. That really sucks. It's smoother if you push harder for a quick take-off, but then you are always zooming and with the FWD can be easy to 'peel out', which is kinda embarrassing. So, like the cheap plastic, this downgrades the experience and makes wonder what's so great about Mercedes... Overall, I still like the car and prefer the luxury vibe and features it has over my A3(A3 was a sportier drive). It's a great size for a city (LA) and easy to park. Looks great. Nice to be in. Nice features and useful modern technology. But it has some shortcomings that already have me looking for my next car. I expect a little better from Mercedes-Benz, even if it is the 'cheap' one! So would I recommend it? I said yes but with some caveats. Really depends on what you need and want in your car... I use mine for commuting, road trips, joy riding through the hills to the beach, etc...

I've owned a few Mercedes in the past. This is not the fastest, or the fanciest, but it comes nicely equipped and is fun to drive. The only thing that is weird is how the vehicle is optioned. No XM Radio, but has Android and Apple Car Play which is a work around. Also, no headed seats. I guess Mercedes had to skimp somewhere. LED lights, sunroof, memory seats, full digital dash, keyless entry and start, and full remote telemetrics are included but I am positive at least some of those are options, but still at a 'decent' price. Vehicles drives and handles well, and more than enough power. Actually, I enjoy driving it a lot.

Great experience with our salesman, Zae. He was really kind and honest. Buying a car is such a drawn out process and Autonation is no exception but Zae made it more tolerable. Erick Garcia in finance was awesome too. Though Zae and Erick were great, the showroom music volume was at an unacceptably high level, creating an overstimulating and uncomfortable environment that interfered with clear communication and thoughtful decision making required for a major financial decision. It was stressful with the music blaring and made me want to leave faster rather than calmly wait through the drawn out process.

This dealership and service department go above and beyond in the quality of work that they do! I am a TV Executive and have very little time on my hands with all the projects I work on. I am truly grateful that this dealership works so hard to continue to make me the happy customer I am!!! I had been thinking I would buy a Honda Accord but I looked up Mercedes vehicles to see what they offer these days. I gathered my courage to go to the Mercedes Benz dealership In Springfield, MO to look at them. The first car the salesman (Kenton Ice) directed me to was a new A220 4Matic. (He told me it’s called a Baby Benz.). I drove it and bought it. I LOVE IT. I’m thankful to own such a quality car. I love the way it looks ; love the way it drives. Awesome technology on it too. And it is so comfortable.
