We don’t buy cars in South Carolina ever. This time we were in a crunch and found a car at Dick Dyer. I can honestly say hands down I have never had such amazing service from a dealership here. I have gone to Modesto Mercedes since 2023 to get my car service. I have a 2023 GLS 450. They have always been so professional and so polite. They make it very easy every time I?m there. I can?t say enough good things about this place. Ive always had a very good experience! I actually am closer to the Mercedes dealership in Stockton, California. However, the few times I went there with my new car, I never got a good feeling. They were very cold in my opinion. So glad I decided to go to Modesto for all of my car needs.

Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.
