The TLDR is that they are reliable, responsive and responsible. The longer story is that I'm in Texas so there were some concerns and potential challenges in navigating this process. We were able to FaceTime to do a walk through of the vehicle. The paperwork I needed to sign showed up at my house Monday morning. I sent it back the same morning. It's hard to believe I started the process on a Friday and I actually had the vehicle in my possession exactly 1 week later. We had 1 potential problem as the vehicle showed up with some minor damage. When I brought it to their attention, they didn't hesitate to cover the cost. You learn more about the character of a business when you encounter a problem and they showed that they care about their reputation and they care about the satisfaction of their customers. I'm very pleased with Platinum Autohaus and I'm really enjoying my car!

I not only love the performance but feel safe driving this. Room enough to take lots of activity things for family road trips ...bikes, skis, multiple suitcases. Love it won't drive anything else ever.

Purchased my 2016 Corvette a few months ago. It was the easiest friendliest experience I have ever had. From the owner who came out to greet me to John my sales person who worked with me. A few months later I experienced a weird electrical bug with the vette and I took it back to them. They 110% took care of me. My next vette will be from them for sure!!

Can't evaluate reliability yet, just purchased. Still, it's obviously high quality, well built, and as exciting to drive as a family vehicle that seats 8 can be.

Great for king trips. Excellent throttle response, passing power, seats upright and comfortable and draws attention wherever it goes. Only negative is wind noise and fuel consumption. Oh,well it is a 577HP refrigerator.

Seems to keep high quality high end used cars. Facility is a bit of of problem being a warehouse, they have to keep moving cars around but the guys don't seem to mind. Overall recommend.

Coming from a background in sales, upper management, and customer relations, I know how to treat people and how I expect to be treated…and from my experience, so do the gentleman at this fine establishment. I have been looking for a car with seat massagers for months. Several salesmen wasted my time at various lots throughout Southern California telling me what I wanted to hear (having a car on the lot with that feature) but when asked to doublecheck before I drive out to test drive it, they suddenly were too busy to go look but continued to pressure me to come by anyway and/or I’d get down there and the car did NOT have that feature after all. Maddening! However, upon finding a car online at this dealership, Kevin doublechecked and even sent me proof with pictures. I drove out there (fingers crossed that the massage seats would live up to the hype) and was greeted by Pasha. He explained all of the cool features and we went for a test drive. It was refreshing to work with someone who knew the car and could answer all of my questions. I went home and told my husband about the experience and enlisted him to go back with me a few days later to check it out. He loved it as well. That is when I met Kevin in person because we had only corresponded through daily texts. Afterwards, we met with Neil to discuss numbers/payment etc. He could not have been more lovely. These guys were warm, honest, super friendly, and very professional. It paid off because I bought the Range Rover. If you are looking to buy a car, start here!!!

I have leased and financed a few cars in my life and I have to say how absolutely grateful and happy I am that I decided to go to Lexus Santa Monica to lease my new 2019 Lexus NX300H. Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier. Not only that, he was professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Anyone who has spent time car shopping knows how tiresome it can be. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Umer. This car is incredible, the interior is very luxurious and the performance is fantastic for a truck in this weight class. The design is iconic and Mercedes managed to keep the classic design while upgrading everything on this car.
