Can't evaluate reliability yet, just purchased. Still, it's obviously high quality, well built, and as exciting to drive as a family vehicle that seats 8 can be.

Drove over 50 miles because this dealership had a car I was interested in. It was nicer than I even expected and a very good price, so my wife and I bought it. The sales people treated us great. Daniel in finance went over all of our financing options and secured a great loan for us. I never write reviews, but this was a very nice experience. Would highly recommend and consider purchasing here again.

Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. I recently purchased a 2020 G63 and it is the most unique vehicle I have ever owned and driven. It is far faster than something this size should be, which makes it an absolute blast to drive. I am also pleasantly surprised how well it handles for what it is, don’t get me wrong it is no sports car, but is actually quite competent. The ride is actually also quite smooth and the driving position is awesome. It is very hard to put in words what it is like to drive one, but it truly is in a class of its own. Oh and the exhaust note is fantastic! I have owned Porsches and Corvettes and I can say that this still offers one of the most unique driving experiences I have ever had. It is awesome Mercedes still makes a vehicle like this and by the way the door slam is also a as much fun as the exhaust note.
