This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. I feel very good about the responsiveness and customer care provided by Fletcher Jones staff. As car delivery is still in front of us, the jury is out on this experience, but I anticipate a very positive outcome. Fletcher Jones reputation provided a lot of confidence.

It is so good, i had to buy two of them, and yes they're very pricy. Once you drive it, once you feel it, you won't have second thoughts. No SUV comes even close to it. Design ,quality ,comfort ,sportiness ,craftsmanship, unique vehicle, never bored. Enough said

Fantastic experience! I purchased a Defender from Platinum Autohaus from out-of-state. Autohaus arranged the delivery to my house, and the paperwork was all completed easily via FedEx. I not only love the performance but feel safe driving this. Room enough to take lots of activity things for family road trips ...bikes, skis, multiple suitcases. Love it won't drive anything else ever.

Well I’ve been told twice now this vehicle is “ice water”. I hoping that means cool. Lol!! Time will tell if this was a great purchase.

Fun and safe! Probably not everyday car. Doesn’t matter what I buy buy higher class BMW’s are far away in my opinion, this one is closer tho..

Can't evaluate reliability yet, just purchased. Still, it's obviously high quality, well built, and as exciting to drive as a family vehicle that seats 8 can be.

About 18 months ago I purchased a 2016 Z-51 with just over 8,000 miles. I was ecstatic because the car had never been registered, making me the original owner. The first time I took the car to a Chevrolet dealership for an oil change however, all sorts of red flags popped up, indicating that not much of the usually-outstanding GM warranty applies to my car. It had been used at a high performance vehicle instruction driving school so most of the warranty had been wiped out. This doesn't really matter....except if you ever want to sell the vehicle. All Vette buyers these days check CAR FAX and warranties against the VIN and its been my experience that none will TOUCH these training track vehicles. I now have 15,000 miles on her and all has performed FANTASTICALLY!!!

Bentley Newport Beach does a great job on my annual service. I live dead center between Beverly Hills and Newport Beach. I continue my loyalty to this service dept., bc they do a great job servicing my SUV; from time frame upon completion to pricing. Scott always takes care of me. The Bentley Bentayga is a great SUV. I drove the top Range Rover for ten years, and I'll take the Bentley brand any day over LR, now.

I Drove about 2 hours to this dealership that had the car I've wanted . Maurice is the man you want to speak to! It's a pretty sick dealership with a variety of nice cars . I bought my first car from here and I haven't been so happy in a good minute & as of today I'm still deeply in love with my new ride thanks to luxury auto leasing for making it happen ! Great for king trips. Excellent throttle response, passing power, seats upright and comfortable and draws attention wherever it goes. Only negative is wind noise and fuel consumption. Oh,well it is a 577HP refrigerator.

David was amazing. I am in the market for a BMW I8 and saw one on Cars.Com. It had been up a couple of days and when I finally made my way to the dealership it was gone (I didn’t call first). Guess what, David straight up went and got another one and brought it to the dealership!!! Customer service was excellent, no pressure, super nice guy.

This Mercedes SUV does not disappoint. The AMG 603 HP engine has real get up and go and yet all the comforts of a large SUV.
