I found my vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville after searching the MB USA website. I bought the car virtually and the process was seamless and perfect. Right up until shipping. That experience proved to be quite frustrating. My salesman Courtney and I believe the sales manager Aaron went the extra mile to really make sure I was satisfied and happy. Like the title implies, doing one of the things Mercedes does best. I absolutely love the cars but the customer service is what seals the deal! There are very few companies left that treat customers this way. Mercedes will always have my business as long as they maintain this. Courtney, Aaron, Rosa, and everyone else involved (except the 3RD PARTY shippers) maintained my high regards for them.

Excellent vehicle. Great mix of value, performance, comfort and looks. I've had 2 Audis and a Mercedes in the past and this is by far my favorite of them all. I am able to fit a baby seat in the back and it's a little smaller than I'd like but it's perfect for what I need. There are also a lot of after market performance mods for those that are interested.

Just wrapped my 2nd purchase with RBM. Eric Koenigsberg was, once again, a pure delight. This suv is really a truck. It handles well and is very comfortable. If you like the sound of your engine without adding a lot of mufflers and stuff, this is the car for you. I love the sound of the gear changing, even turning a corner. It has style and makes you proud to be seen in it.

I knew the trim I wanted based on the desired amenities but Andy was able to point out different packages that gave me much more at a better price point.
