Cole Ingram met us outsiders we were strolling the cars on the lot. He was friendly, kind and actually listened to what we wanted and understood what we were looking for. Gave us his first suggestion and why he picked it for us. But we wanted to look around. After looking at a couple other cars we decided on the first one he showed us. It could not be better!

I was denied a warranty claim at another Mercedes dealer because I had my routine maintenance performed at an independent dealer. Sun was very good about supporting my claim, first replacing a turbo, then a full engine under warranty. I can't say enough, especially since I have had no previous experience with Sun. I have purchased 5 cars from the other dealer who refused to support my claim. Needless to say, the sales manager that I deal with has egg on his face.

I will never forget my first experience at Sun Motor Cars and cant imagine going to any other dealer now. The staff was incredibility helpful and patient while I choose the perfect car and I felt at ease during the whole process. I was very impressed with the time that was taken with me on delivery to make sure I knew how to operate all of the special features. Very friendly, helpful, answered my questions, helpful on the test drive in pointing out features of the car. Drove me to the bank to get the cashier's check. I would work with him again should the opportunity arise.

I enjoyed our experience except it took two trips to complete the loan processing. However the dealership went out of their way to make us feel better about the process.

Reviewed some cars online, I went into the dealership. Everyone was super welcoming and the dealership was very clean. I talked to parts about getting all weather floor mats. Max was very helpful and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend.

Jackie is efficient and friendly. She made sure my car was completely serviced properly. The only issue happened with the scheduler - there were two recalls for my car and they had no clue. In the future, I will schedule all appointments directly with Jackie. I wanted a loaner car but the scheduler only offered Uber.
