I bought this car brand spanking new with 7 miles in it from Mercedes, during Covid where there was literally none around .. I bought the night package 2021 but I’d was in may I believe of 2020.. regardless, I e never had one issue with this car ever… love it..

The only complaint we have is when your slowing down to stop and the SUV goes to electric. Sometimes it is very abrupt with a chunk sound, to me its not right, I will be checking in with the dealer for answers for $90,000+ dollars Mercedes I expect better.

I recently had my car serviced at Silver Star, and Cindy did a wonderful job ensuring everything was properly updated. The entire process was smooth, and I received my car back in a timely manner.

Although the transmission is not the smoothest, and the ride can be a little rough, it’s a great car that has a lot of great features. Best in class and great styling

They sold me a 2024 Honda Accord. Window sticker brand new was $36,000. After their fees (Which they did have guys) taxes, dmv and state fees.. we ended up paying $33,000. $3K more than originally listed price. This is still a fair deal. The vehicle had 1.5K miles only on it. Therefore, i am ok with saving $3K-$5K all day. Because new car would have been window sticker plus tax etc. also they are very friendly. The guy in the front knows how to work magic

Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. I visited mainly to compare a couple of models. The staff was helpful in providing information and letting me test drive without feeling rushed. Didn't buy on the spot, but it was a positive and informative visit that will definitely bring me back when I'm ready.

From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon. I love the car, the way it looks and handles, still working on the MBUX system and then one morning it didn't start, im told it s the battery that needs replaced?? too soon for a brand new $90k vehicle! Not happy
