Bought with 30K miles in October 2020. Love it more every day. Quietest car with the top on; very comfortable with top down, even at 45F. Brutal torque; merges like a rocket, 50mph to 140 in secs. And the interior. Nothing else looks like it. I can drive ten hours straight with comfort. Admiring looks everywhere (took a bit to get accustomed to it).

The second I walked in to the dealership I was greeted and given a water. Took a look at several vehicles. Answered every question I had for the Alfa 4c. Great professional dealer!

The change in styling between the previous generation and this one at first appeared as a step down but the lines and shape of the current body style are really beautiful. it is exquisite and the brings about more compliments than the previous generation did. The technology has certainly leapt from what was already fantastic technology and the power is typical AMG..... The self driving, the beautiful displays, quietness, style and more make it an instant Mercedes Legend... it is beyond the competition in every way.

I can’t say enough about the incredible treatment from Alan. Whether it was being completely forthright and honest about the car and the buying procedure, or the events likely to happen, or helping with shipping and the purchase, or answering a phone call while he was away on a personal vacation (I don’t know at the time it called), he guided me through the process every step of the way. The biggest characteristic that stood out for me was his communication - clear, direct, and responsive when I had a question. His response time was insane - at times I thought I was his only customer because he seasoned so quickly, but of course that could not be the case because that is a pretty bad employee-to-customer ratio even for these products. The other part of the communication that stood out was that he didn’t have to say “I’ll get back to you.” He knew the answers to my questions off the top of his head and answered them right away. People of a certain age remember the hilarious movie Used Cars. Alan is the opposite or the car salesperson characterized in that movie. My experience with ParkPlace was the opposite as well. These people know what they are doing and they treat their customers right. I also had some interactions with Sam - not as much as Alan, but he was totally professional as well. As a matter of habit I avoid writing reviews. But I simply have to make an exception for Alan and his team at Park Place. 5/5 with no reservations.

Oh my god, let me tell you about my new Cadillac! I am absolutely in love with it. My salesman David Cherba was the best experience of buying the car. Full-disclosure I didn't end up buying the car I was considering from Da Vinci (ultimately I bought a different class of new vehicle instead), but I received phenomenal service from Rudolf. He was informative, helpful, and patient. He was timely in his responses and answered every question I asked. The reason why this isn't a 5 star review is because of the communication experience with the dealership as a whole. Early on I received communicae from multiple individuals, and some of the details of my questions was lost. I had different people asking me questions that I'd previously answered. In any case, Rudolf took over and it was excellent henceforth.
