I don?t know what it is with my local Mercedes dealership, but it seems that every time I get out of my car and go in to talk about service or even look at a new car. They don?t provide any attention. I bought my 400 convertible, therefore, Not from a dealership but from a company that featured low mileage just off least nice cars. I went over to the dealership and the only people that seem to have any understanding of customer service where the young guys and girls who valet the cars. They?ve changed batteries with a smile and a tip, but the service desk, the sales people and the service writers don?t really wanna pay any attention to you Because I was down in North Naples, I stopped at the Bonita Springs Mercedes-Benz operation. It couldn?t have been nicer. Approached me provided the help that I needed, and even shared that they were aware of the problem of the door control plastic coatings on the buttons peeling off and that they experienced it personally, they were very happy to order a device and get it installed. Wonders never cease.

I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! I was an out of state buyer and this process not only exceeded my expectations but it was my best experience out of any dealer I have ever been too. Sean went above and beyond to help me get this M8 purchased, shipped, and registered. He spent more time with me via emails and texts than any other car person has in-person in all my previous car purchases. ALL the details regarding the car from Sean were 100% accurate. I took two trains to get to Santa Barbara Auto Group to purchase a vehicle and that's because a couple of phone calls and e-mails from Rene Verbrugge and David Zoesch convinced me to do so. When I arrived I was promptly picked up at the train station by David and when we arrived at the dealership and I began the buying process I realized that not only were they going to meet my expectations but exceed them..which they did! I am an out of town buyer and Raj worked with me to make sure I was satisfied before and after purchase. He followed up timely and walked the vehicle with me via FaceTime twice. He took me on a drive via FaceTime and even found a chip in the window and had it fixed before delivery. I will definitely buy another vehicle from Motor Cars of Chicago, they have a customer for life. The manager was also highly engaged And customer focused. I highly recommended and customer friendly. I have been impressed by everyone at the dealership in the six or so recent visits I've had. Robert Borden is the best service manager I have ever met. He and Ziggy the mechanic guided through and explained difficult problems and damage on my vehicle. Robert recently texted me after hours saving me $400 on the tire that was under warranty. All the service people, mechanics, concierges, salesman, cashiers are all always extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is spotless. Without even blinking two personnel signed my will which was left in the glove compartment of my SL 550 just before I left the country for two weeks. I would not have enjoyed my vacation if my will were unsigned.
