It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

Really impressed with this dealership, particularly the service department. I was driving two kids to college, got a flat tire coming across the Tappan Zee bridge, 20 minutes into a 9 hour trip, happened upon them, had my tire changed in under an hour and on my way again. Fast, professional and a terrific experience. I was so impressed, I may have them regularly service my car even though I live in CT.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

Thoroughly impressed! I had the pleasure of working with Kenny Blair. I've been shopping for a car for a couple of months now and he gave me the best service out of all the dealers that I went to. He was honest with me and I felt very secure and trusted him the entire time. He was very patient and let me look at multiple cars. I left leaving with a Nissan SR AWD and a deal that I never imagined! I would totally recommend Kenny to my family and friends. The sales manager Omar was very helpful as well. He was able to work with me to have the upholstery changed to full leather.

Mercedes-Benz of Orange has great salesperson and manager working for them. Eric Makofsky is very patient and listens to the clients' needs. Allow me the time to make right decision that is best for me. The finance manager had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend the dealership and specially Eric a sales representative.

We just bought a CPO 2022 S580 Mercedes! Joe Horneman was our salesman, and he was an absolute joy to work with. There was no pressure, and he was very accommodating to our needs. We'd been looking around at multiple dealerships and no one treated us like family as Joe did. Throughout the entire process, Joe was patient, knowledgeable and available to us for questions and discussions. Spacial thanks to Mr Brandon North for the great customer service one of my best experiences ever. I live in Woodbridge VA and I was shopping for a vehicle with many options *distronic* was my main option. I was very cautious from any dealership in New York or New Jersey As the have the Biggest scam *alots of hitting fees that it will only be revealed at the dealership* being coming from far away I was very cautious. At Mercedes Benz of Wappingers Falls They emailed me all the numbers just the cost of the vehicle tags, taxes 25$ gas fee and 620 dealership fee that was it. When I arrived everything was ready the vehicle was cleaned ** it took less than 20 minutes** to sign all the paperwork it was a record number. I still don't believe it till now. To bad that they are far away from my home, I would of referred all my friends and family. I was even giving a gift by the Store Manager. Very nice team I wish all my by experience will be the same as this one
