Exceptional service form Marin Kovacevic from the sales department. I met Marin a few months ago when I needed a service and I was thinking about upgrading my Benz. Recently I decided I really needed that new car. So I reached out to Marin and stopped by to look at current inventory. I got preapproved and then the same day we suffered a loss in our family. I let Marin know and he was extremely professional and gave me condolences. I told him I needed time. Other car salesmen would?ve been pushy and overbearing & I never once felt that pressure from him. I worked in banking for 9 years, so believe me I know how dealerships can be. I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
