He was very professional and explained everything to me along the way. Joe helped me with the financing aspect of the process and he did a great job as well.

We just purchased a car from this dealership, and the experience was night and day compared to our prior one at another Mercedes dealer. The team here is incredibly friendly, down-to-earth, and easygoing—such a refreshing change! Albert is the one who helped us, and he truly went above and beyond. He was patient, helpful, and never pushy. He even took the extra steps to help us clean out our old car, remove the old box and items, and made sure everything was taken care of. It was such a smooth and relaxed experience—nothing like the stressful process we had at the other dealership.
