Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

GREAT VALUE - Bought the C300 4Matic Sport 4 years ago with 55k miles for my wife. Highly optioned with full leather, NAV, panorama roof, illuminated door sills, AMG wheels, blind spot indicator - nearly every option that the dealer did not know how to price! Very reliable and fun to drive on curvy roads. Only repairs are new battery and one tire pressure monitor. We follow the service guideline that the MB dealers suggest but usually at an independent ASE certified repair shop that works on German cars. Third Mercedes (all used) and one new 5-series that was highly unreliable - thankfully under warrant!

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

This car met all the things I need in car life.After driving the Pilot, Ridgeline, Highlander, Santa Fe, and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology!

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

Overall, I had a good experience with Auto Expo. I scheduled a test drive the day prior, and they had the car waiting out front for me when I got there. After the test drive, I was allowed to make a thorough inspection of the car and Abraham answered all of my questions and critiques on the car. I pointed out some issues with the car--for example, the trunk cargo mat was gone--and they proceeded to fix the issues where possible. The lot and the office are both small and cramped. Parking and moving around felt a bit awkward, and there was clutter that needs to go. In the end though, that's not a big deal though, as I care most about the car and the price I'm paying for it. Speaking of price, negotiations with Auto Expo were the most cordial of the places I visited that day, which was appreciated given how all negotiations are at least a little bit awkward. Again, I had a positive experience.

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

I have a bit over 100K miles now on my C300, had a few repairs, but overall, a comfortable and fine car for driving around town and travel.

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. We searched all over Northern Virginia for a reliable used car for our college aged daughter. From the scary fly-by-night warehouse dealers in Chantilly to a dealer in Alexandria selling a car that had obviously been in an accident as a 0 accident vehicle. It's a small team, not competing with each other, with a solid lot of inventory, and a focus on helping their customers find a vehicle. They engaged us in dialogue to understand what we were looking for, recommended a couple vehicles on the lot, then took us out to see their entire inventory. We found a great Toyota Rav-4 with some bumper damage. Eddie got the rear left bumper fixed and painted! Price was fair and process was well oiled. Got a 2012 250 Sport and I knew I was going to put $$$ into it. Nothing earth shattering but I was the 4th owner and if you look at ANY USED Euro-car owned in America- these cars many times are not taken care of, wrong oil, wrong octane. The parts for this car are not that expensive and if you find a good mechanic that is not a $$$$$$ Dealership TECHNICIAN BUT that said- it is a smart idea to take it to a dealership and pay the money for a complete inspection. if the seller will allow it,..., if not- move on unless you love surprise after surprise. I am almost finished with mine, got it for $8000, put in $4000 into fixing codes, brakes, oil cooling system, and a rear SAM module that went bad only because someone did a poor repair and I tell anyone,...., KNOW YOUR ENEMY!(your Benz of course! LOL!) If you do the maintenance and you have your car in good repair, you will not have that much problem and will enjoy this road monster for YEARS. I get 25 to 30+ MPG easily around town and if straight Hwy driving- 35mpg+ on ECONO-Mode and it always turns heads. The dark Cobalt Blue is a Mercedes Iconic color and the 2012 was a turning point to where they are pretty highly looked for, just look at the coupes in the early 2000s and you'll see why. But the style of this coupe is found in every Mercedes after, no matter the model coupe. I plan to keep it for years, I take care of issues when they happen- you cannot afford to let one thing after another add up- if you do you'll wish you bought a VW BUG and that goes for almost any fine Euro-Automobile. Just make sure it is a Stuttgart car- it's on the VIN badge in the door well. If you enjoy a tight, controlled (hardly if any over steering), smooth cruising coupe, this is your car and at the price of High test, the 30+mpg is a good thing. the front tires are sized smaller than the rear, I would recommend uni-directional- only way to go! Once you hit the RPM stages and the Turbo picks up, you just fall into a great dream- no one who has ridden in my car wants to get out! LOL!!!! Seats are still like new firm after 14 years, Interior wood-like panels are in-expensive and very easy to replace as well. The steering is SOLID- you feel like you can drive anywhere on any surface, and the sound system is superb. 5disc CD and all the other perks that a car a lot more would cost,..., this one has. Tires can be crazy $$$$ but shop online- there are great online companies that will beat out your local tire places, I got the set of 4 for this 250C online for $238 delivered to my mechanic with Free Shipping just 6 weeks ago- May2024! So shop around on everything- with a good mechanic you can afford a great iconic German car too! Be good!

Great experience! I recently bought a ‘04 Porsche 911 Turbo site-unseen from Intersport. I’ve never bought a car this way and was pretty uncomfortable but knew I couldn’t get down there for a couple of weeks and that I wanted this car. Raj was my salesman and he was great throughout the process. He was super communicative and eager to help the whole time. He helped arrange a PPI, state injection and pick up by my transporter and each step was smooth and without issue. The car itself was as described if not better and Intersport had done a recent clutch and other work. The work was really well done according to the independent mechanic and the car is fantastic. Raj and Intersport made an otherwise nerve-racking purchase very smooth and delivered a great car.
