2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

So far, pleased! Still have a problem with the brakes make Lots of noise. Hopefully we can get this taken care of sometime soon! Krystal is my girl, Excellent service

Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

I took my car in for yearly maintenance service on September 10, 2020. My service advisor was Tino and he was great. Everyone at Mercedes-Benz Los Angeles were very friendly and courteous.

Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from STA, I'm happy to have discovered them. Jonathan took care of me right away, and allowed me to fully test the Cayenne GTS that drew me to the dealer. Things to note - This 3rd party dealer specializes in Porsche sales and repairs, that means they have a great inventory of older to newer Porsche's for sale and a full mechanic shop on site. So why not 5 stars overall? Well, unfortunately the GTS they had wasn't in the best shape and clearly needed some TLC before being shown for sale (car parts in the trunk, battery dead, ash tray stuck open). Now this could have been due to bad timing on my part but still - if you are going to specialize in Porsche sales and charge at the higher end of the cars value then the cars on the lot need to exude the German values the brand is known for. That being said I have my eyes on future offerings from this dealer and hope something wows me into a sale next time.

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000 car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I've had this car since 2012. Bought demo from a dealer. Reliability is excellent. After 120000 miles I've only had to replace the timing chain and gears, thermostat, front brakes and tires. Drives like a dream. None of my past GM vehicles would even come close to being this reliable.
