While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

Went in Sunday with a crappy old BMW. Spoke with Miguel about a car I was interested in. Miguel talked straight with me on my trade in .He didn't talk above me or belittle me. He made me feel like a friend helping out a friend. The rest of the staff was awesome also. The finance dep bumped up my trade in above what it was worth just to get me to the monthly payments i needed to do the deal. A++ will go to them again.

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

They made sure to address our concerns about minor blemishes as we looked at used vehicles being sure to reassure us that our concerns would be met. Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

Returning to write another great review of Audi Bellevue Service. Our Audi Q5 had an engine light come on (malfunction indicator light) on Thursday afternoon. We had a road trip planned for the next day Friday early morning. We immediately drove to Audi Bellevue service and were met by Michael H right away. He recognized me from last time and immediately inquired if the previous issues had returned or if this was new. I told him the situation and our dire need to get this seen right away so that we could keep our travel plans. Michael understood the the time sensitivity of the situation and quickly got our car in for the codes to be read. We arrived at 5 pm and the service center closed at 7 pm so we had little time. While it was being diagnosed, Michael helped us come up with alternative solutions, ie a loaner, driving a limited distance on the car as is, potential fixes that might temporarily solve or long term solve probably causes, etc. Michael continued to keep us informed along the way with quick and periodic updates, and checked in with us on our action plan. I?ve worked in customer service and owned a business that needed strong people persons; I?d hire Michael in a second for any job that needs a good communicator; friendly disposition, and the ability to quickly assess a situation and come up with an action plan using the ALL the tools at his/her/their disposal. I will continue to return to audi Bellevue service center for my automobile needs, including sticking with Audi for future car needs down the road, knowing I can get them serviced here. I had my F150 serviced at Auto Nation Ford Bellevue. Great customer service every time. However this time I had Alper as my service advisor. He was awesome. Above and beyond. Kept me informed with texts and phone calls on the status of my truck. I would recommend going there especially if you can request Alper as your advisor.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.
