I would highly recommend the Lexus of Wilmington to anybody who is looking to purchase any type of Lexus vehicle based the recent car buying experience at that Dealership. We met Andrew Saksa in March hoping to buy my third Lexus. Unfortunately, the specific car was not available immediately but Andrew promised that he would be able to locate it elsewhere and he certainly fulfilled his promise. Even though it took a few weeks, Andrew and his team kept us informed on the progress and approximate time of delivery. When we arrived at the Dealership the car was ready to be purchased. Jason Souder was the one who took care of the necessary paperwork associated with the car delivery. Jason made our buying experience seamless and pleasant. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend the staff and the of Lexus Wilmington to anybody who is interested in purchasing their next vehicle.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

The service at Chapman Nissan is without a doubt I( believe ) the best. They greet you, they talk to you not at you, they ask what your concerns are regarding your vehicle. They also make suggestions about some services, but never pressure you. They are the true quintessential customer service people. The mechanics are well versed in their jobs also, sending you a video of the underside of the vehicle along with an explanation 😀. I cannot say anything bad about the service as they have serviced my cars since 2020. So professional, just to name a few, Dwayne & Dan.

This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

We came down from Falmouth,Maine. Yes, it was 6 hrs one way . The Black 911 with beige interior what we drove all that way for. It was just what the website said and more. A beautiful, well presented dealership in a nice location. Our sales representative was Philip P. , who was very personable and professional. We needed to purchase due to a vehicle accident that totaled our previous Mercedes Benz-an unplanned, stressful situation. He was a patient and easygoing guide for us during our purchase, which made the process much more comfortable and even enjoyable. The entire experience at this dealership for my wife and I is exactly how one would expect for a Mercedes Benz dealership. I will also note that we previously visited several other dealerships, both Mercedes-Benz and others. We travelled over an hour to visit Euromotorcars Devon. I will say that it is no secret that the quality of service can certainly affect the sometimes stressful experience of purchasing a vehicle.
