Just took delivery of my second purchase from Ultimo in 4 and a half years. Both times they treated me with respect and transparency. Their service department is easy to work with as well. I live out of state but visit the area quite often due to work and every time I am in I get my maintenance service done there as my local Mercedes dealer charges an arm and a leg even for an oil change. I can say they have a lifelong customer in me. Highly recommend their sales department, Alan, Tash, Chris. Sean in finance is easy and helpful and Nick in service as well. While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.
