Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

As always, the dealership does top quality work and I am very pleased with the job they did for my 2021 S585 sedan. I was especially impressed by the video of the proposed repairs and maintenance work - a new service that worked out very well. One aspect of this visit however could stand to be improved. It took 2.5 days to return my car to me, largely due to the unavailability of a check out driver to validate that the car was ready to go - at least that's what I was told.

Service was experiential,Professional and knowledgeable Everyone from the front desk attendants, to the service representatives had great customer service support. They answered every question presented to them with accuracy. They also provided solutions if needed.

This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. Her energy was absolutely to the moon. She helped close the best deal I could find anywhere in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area and the entire DMV region. She offered an unbeatable protection package at a discount, covering dents and mileage, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...
