Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!

Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

The manager, Pascuale, bent over backwards to accomodate me. The finance manager (Sue Kim) was very transparent. 2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

Recommend that you look for Eric Carlson if you're anywhere near Chantilly and interested in shopping for a used Mercedes. He is what you need: knowledgeable, patient, composed. He'll take you around the lot, provide all the information you want, and then give you all the room you need to make a decision about how and when to proceed. He is a 5-start sales consultant.

It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

Organized and completed all the documents so when we drove from MA to MD most of the paperwork was done . The car was exactly as described and ready for us to take home after we signed the documents. This has been by far the best car I’ve owned. I use Yokahama Avid Ascend tires and have been able to travel in any weather in this car. I had a tire blow out (after 76k miles) and the car never wavered once!! During an extremely busy year I kept forgetting or not being able to take it in for service and went 40k miles over the oil change, that was 100k mikes ago and it’s still running great!! In addition to the comfort and sporty look, it’s fast, fun and easy to drive. The only downfall being the expense of services and repairs, which is to be expected out of a quality, import car. I’ve been able to do a lot of the work outside of the dealerships and found that Ebay, FCP Euro and Rock Auto have had anything I’ve needed for repairs and services. I would recommend this car hands down to anyone, any time.

I have been in the market to replace my ML400 and was looking to upgrade to a GLE AMG53. I have done my homework and know what I want and quickly learned that I would have to order. I dealt with a number of dealers and sales people (including someone else at this dealership) in my attempts to buy a car, but they either: were non-responsive, wanted to sell me something I don't want, evaded my questions, ghosted me, etc. I love my MB and was hoping to get another one, but it got to the point that I was contemplating switching makes. I finally reached out to Danny Nasr. He was extremely responsive, professional, answered my questions, and provided helpful information. We ironed out my build within a day, and he offered a fair price. I should get my car in in a few months. No games. Done!

I am very happy with the team of people at Mercedes’ Benz Chantilly. Sodik Lawal sales and David Han finance were the absolute best! They worked really hard to get me my dream car not only that but I got to leave with my car on a Sunday (same day). I work a ton so it was hard to figure out when exactly to go to these different dealerships to find the car I wanted and on a Sunday it’s very limited on where you can go. I went to a couple different dealerships but none like this . Sodik Lawal my sales person told me all they had in stock for the model I wanted with the different price points . He explained each feature in the fullest extent. Not only just a test drive and that paper at the car window but he sat with me and really explained the car as I have not been car shopping in seven years so even the push to start is something to get used to. All the features were amazing to say the least future that excites and I thank him for going above and beyond to help me work with the technology. David Han the finance manager is the absolute best he really fought for me making calls to make sure I got the best rate. I am 23 with not that much credit history just good but not excellent credit and other dealerships ( I went to 5 total) were almost doubling my interest when financing with them despite the down payment I was putting down. It wasn’t the best deal nor did I get all the features I get with Mercedes’ . I was not sold on the car but here you can find your perfect match I’m telling you these cars are like driving a cloud ! Mr. Han really explained my options and the next day got me a better deal. They really worked with me to get me a good car that I am absolutely in love with at a really good price brand new. They make the process easy and explain everything itemized which was not the same experience I’ve had at other dealerships . We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.
