We had an excellent experience with Norman. He was a pleasure to work with and he was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. We told him we were just looking and he did not apply the usual car salesman pressure but answered all our questions. When we decided on the car we wanted, Norman went out of his way to find it for us. We left very happy.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

I won?t mention any names of those who assisted me. However, the first man who didn?t want to sell me the car and wasn?t willing to do anything to make sure my family was satisfied has no place in this dealership. I?m very glad we ended up with the next sales manager, and I?d also like to thank the finance specialist and everyone else who took part in the process. While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.
