After a pleasant service experience (in which they worked to get me in while still under warranty), I brought my mother in as her lease was nearing the end. The salesman, Marlon, and the manager, Isaac, couldn’t have been nicer to deal with and she ended up signing the papers that day. Although long term Mercedes customers, we had become disappointed with the level of service (and, let’s be honest, the price) we were being given by our normal dealer. Marlon and Isaac, and the service department, were a pleasure to do business with, and I have every intention to return when my own lease is up.

C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the salesman Chris Kang who helped me close a deal on 2017 Acura MDX. He was great to work with throughout the process. The management also worked with me to get a best possible deal. Overall very happy with the purchase. I especially recommend Chris Kang because he will do his best to get you what you need.

I recommend anyone needing service for their Mercedes Benz, choose service tech Buddy Lim. Definitely a step above the rest, if I could leave a cash tip, I would. Straight forward and honest. In fact when I upgrade my car, I'm going to ask Buddy which salesman to use, if he trust him, so can I.

Car service Miguel is highly recommended for his customer service. Took his time to explain work to be done and after service he did likewise. He was very courteous and warm and has good knowledge of his job

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

2 Manny’s Auto Sales was the very best experience I ever have had with a car dealer, new or used. I bought a Chrysler 300C. It was immaculate when it was ready. It runs flawlessly. Absolutely everything works as intended. It had new tires and brakes as well as one part that tends to be a problem replaced – a $1000 repair. Done. Both of my personal mechanics looked it over and put it up on the rack. They went through it thoroughly and said it was the best used car they ever had seen. The staff is incredibly polite and patient. They are true professionals. If they can find me the same car as I just bought, I might very well trade in one of my current cars. Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

I liked that they have convenient hours - open until nine in the evening, so you can stop by after work without asking for time off. That’s exactly what I did: looked at a couple of crossovers, and no one rushed me. For me that’s ideal, not many dealers stay open this late.

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.
