We were hesitant about looking to purchase a car in these troubled times...but Tempe Honda made it easy. We made an appointment to see the vehicle we thought we may be interested in. Monday Early Bird - no appointment - for a Sprinter van electronic issue. Extremely courteous staff and a huge thank you to Service Advisor Bill Stamper. While waiting the dealership offered no charge access to their cafe! The cafe has huge TV screens which keep you advised of your service progress. My van was repaired by 10:30! I only wish my home Dealer was this big to take care if our Mercedes’ but, its a small town. Overall Mercedes-Chandler is a “Home Run” business! 😎 If only they had a G Wagon to test drive while waiting. 🤠

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Great Service, I was told in other dealerships to wait between 6 and 12 months to get a GLE, Phil from Mercedes of Scottsdale found a brand new GLE in 30 minutes, not only the one I was looking for, but also with AMG accessories. When I picked the SUV, Phil also included all weather mats for me. Definitely a great purchasing experience!

GREAT VALUE - Bought the C300 4Matic Sport 4 years ago with 55k miles for my wife. Highly optioned with full leather, NAV, panorama roof, illuminated door sills, AMG wheels, blind spot indicator - nearly every option that the dealer did not know how to price! Very reliable and fun to drive on curvy roads. Only repairs are new battery and one tire pressure monitor. We follow the service guideline that the MB dealers suggest but usually at an independent ASE certified repair shop that works on German cars. Third Mercedes (all used) and one new 5-series that was highly unreliable - thankfully under warrant!

This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!
