After a pleasant service experience (in which they worked to get me in while still under warranty), I brought my mother in as her lease was nearing the end. The salesman, Marlon, and the manager, Isaac, couldn’t have been nicer to deal with and she ended up signing the papers that day. Although long term Mercedes customers, we had become disappointed with the level of service (and, let’s be honest, the price) we were being given by our normal dealer. Marlon and Isaac, and the service department, were a pleasure to do business with, and I have every intention to return when my own lease is up.

C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon. We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

Sadly, due to circumstances, the process took longer than normal (nobody at fault, just life). Once we visited and talked to salesman, Sales Mgr. and took test drives, the process was smooth and mostly painless. All questions were answered and never felt pressured at any point of time. Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

Just bought (09/25) a 2010 MB C300 Luxury 4Matic. Car has 46,000 miles on the ODO. Local driving and 700 mile road trip so far. Fun to drive. Very comfortable and looks great. Gas mileage is not for the faint of heart, but it's a Sports Coupe ! So far, love this car.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?
