Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. I would like to reach out to BMW of Devon for my latest oil change and brake fluid change in my 2023 X5 and 50i. Ishmel was a great service writer kept us informed and had a sense of looking out for us. Had no problem with services that were done. Haven’t noticed any oil on the driveway. seems that oil will get trapped in the engine plate and then drips out when you’re not level. BMW, please help your technicians in making it easier for them. We know that time is not a lotted to take the plate down and techs are trying to make money. This does definitely affects the overall ownership experience. this may be rather small, but it is something that is bothersome for the owner when he has to remove the paper and plastic that is put in for service driver seat, and floor mat. we also realize that when we do not pay for services, the technician is also cut. By no means should this be that we would get any poor quality work done. We have to take it somewhere else because the technician is not happy. again everything seems to be working fine and would like to thank BMW of Devon for completing this job properly. As a first owner of BMW my expectations are high. i’ve had other problems at the dealership prior to this. issue with cracking performance tires from Hancock. basically too much of a fight to have one replaced under warranty. it doesn’t doesn’t deter me. it’s a shame that we have to go through these types of fights. have a great day thank you

Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

I have been the only owner of a 2016 c300 4matic sport for 9 years. I have owned the car since it was brand new in late 2015, and it has had only one issue during the duration of my ownership. The only issue I have had was that leaving it out in the extreme cold seemed to ruin the driver's LCD screen, whereby the screen would show random Chinese, Russian, Korean, and Arabic words before warming up and operating normally. Eventually, the screen quit altogether, but it was very easy to get a replacement. Other than that, it's mechanically extremely reliable, the styling keeps it relevant to today's designs, and the highway driving is impeccable. Performance is pretty mid-tier compared to BMW and Audi, but the engine doesn't have their issues. Overall, it's not a fast car, but it does inspire driving confidence when braking, even if the steering is somewhat lackluster compared to real sports cars. I take very good care of the interior, so there are no peeling issues, no warped wood, and no issues with the plastics, but the rubber seal in the moon roof has been a bit squeaky in certain temperatures, and the dealership said it would cost about $2k+ to take the sliding roof off, replace the rubber seal, and reinstall. The seats have held up very well, the alignment has never truly gone out of alignment, and the gearbox acts as if it's brand new. I do an oil and filter change every 4,000 to 6,000 miles, and I follow the regular dealer-recommended services. Mine just ticked over the 100k mile mark, and I know I'll keep it well taken care of for another 30k to 50k. I highly recommend this car; however, if you're looking for "value," please do not get this car thinking you will be able to afford it when something goes wrong. An average service will run you $250+ every 7k miles, and anything being replaced out of warranty will cost you north of $1,000.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.
