It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

I have a bit over 100K miles now on my C300, had a few repairs, but overall, a comfortable and fine car for driving around town and travel.

Fortunately for me I had the best experience with Mercdes of Smithtown. I own a seamless Gutters company and have purchased 4 Diesal mercedez trucks since 2020. Joe my sales men went above and beyond. The dealership treated me so fairly. We did business by phone and I could not say better things about this location. C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

Great experience took the ferry over from CT the dealership was about 30 min from ferry my sales rep Mercy was amazing! Most all of the paperwork was taken care of b4 I got there. This was my very first time to bring my GLA250 for a flat tire repair, I contacted Mr Bryan Walsh online and he responded right away my car issues and we discussed the availability of tire and safety of my car, if I’ll drive 30miles or more with a Running flat tire which I decided not too, thanks for the good advice. So when I came in their facilities their front desk peoples were very friendly greeted with a smile , you feel like you’ve been there before, thanks for a friendly environment for a first timer “first impression long last” . I’ll waited until I got my turn with Bryan Walsh , My impression he’s a very good man and knows his job VERY WELL , giving a super detail explanation to his clients patiently and eloquently, the receiving area is amazing with average snacks (just enough😀) ,good WIFI connections and clean restrooms ... sales department I didn’t get my car in this dealership so I don’t have any words, will see next time ... showroom is awesome lots of cars display inside and outside. They have a huge space parking for their clients compare to my dealership (Rallye) . I ‘d pay for a total of $399 for tire replacements and service fee. FIRST EXPERIENCE GREAT SERVICE Keep it Up
