My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

Tony Carreon was the greatest new car salesperson we have ever encountered. In fact the whole experience of buying was super. No ridiculous offers from some "manager" out of nowhere to obviously be turned down and resubmitted to us in another wasted 30 min. Tony took care of business, we never dealt with anyone else until we were in finance. We were treated well in the finance dept. also. Overal an excellent experience. So good in fact, we sent our granddaughter in to see Tony, and she too purchased a new Chevy. Thanks Tony, we only hope the service dept. lives up to what sales and finance have set as a high bar. This has been by far the best car I’ve owned. I use Yokahama Avid Ascend tires and have been able to travel in any weather in this car. I had a tire blow out (after 76k miles) and the car never wavered once!! During an extremely busy year I kept forgetting or not being able to take it in for service and went 40k miles over the oil change, that was 100k mikes ago and it’s still running great!! In addition to the comfort and sporty look, it’s fast, fun and easy to drive. The only downfall being the expense of services and repairs, which is to be expected out of a quality, import car. I’ve been able to do a lot of the work outside of the dealerships and found that Ebay, FCP Euro and Rock Auto have had anything I’ve needed for repairs and services. I would recommend this car hands down to anyone, any time.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Everything went great with my purchase at this dealership. From the initial visit, follow up calls, pricing, paperwork and even follow up maintenance. I started my initial discussion with Lamond. He is THE best asset that dealership has going. He was kind, courteous and extremely patient and helpful. I couldn't have picked a better rep for them. There is ABSOLUTELY no pressure, but they are willing to show you anything you ask about. I knew when I was buying a used car it wasn't going to be PERFECT. I just wanted honesty and no intimidation. I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy from them. I would absolutely go back and would MOST definitely recommend them to anyone that asked.

I had a great experience with Mo and AJ. If you go there looking for a Range Rover or a high-end Audi just know that no matter where you buy that car it's going to have problems. There's about $800 in fees, pretty standard at dealerships like this one. The prices ar quite a bit lower than CarMax and other dealerships, so just kind of factor that in and you're still getting a Fair Deal out the door.

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

GREAT VALUE - Bought the C300 4Matic Sport 4 years ago with 55k miles for my wife. Highly optioned with full leather, NAV, panorama roof, illuminated door sills, AMG wheels, blind spot indicator - nearly every option that the dealer did not know how to price! Very reliable and fun to drive on curvy roads. Only repairs are new battery and one tire pressure monitor. We follow the service guideline that the MB dealers suggest but usually at an independent ASE certified repair shop that works on German cars. Third Mercedes (all used) and one new 5-series that was highly unreliable - thankfully under warrant!

I've had this car since 2012. Bought demo from a dealer. Reliability is excellent. After 120000 miles I've only had to replace the timing chain and gears, thermostat, front brakes and tires. Drives like a dream. None of my past GM vehicles would even come close to being this reliable.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

I just bought this car used in November 2022. Let me say it again, this car is super fun to drive. The 2013 and 2014 C300 were slightly different in horsepower from the 2008 - 2012 models. The 2013 and 2014 were the last naturally aspirated V-6 Mercedes will probably ever make. They came with 249 or almost 250 horses. The 2008 - 2012 models came with 228 horses. This car drives so smoothly, the steering is so playful and light, and when you put it in sport mode, this thing turns into a little beast. It flies through bends and corners and rides on rails. If you drive it aggressively, you can never get enough of this car. And, the exhaust growls too. I was so lucky to get the 2014 model with the darkened wheels with tires bulging out of the fenders. Those can be harder to find. I was so lucky to find one. What I paid was comparable to the prices on Cars.com. It is a remarkable car that feels luxurious but then can get very aggressive slightly beyond your imagination. And, after my research, they had very little problems. They were super reliable. This was the first car i had driven in the modern age with no NHTSA recall. That blew my mind away because almost all the manufacturers now have one NHTSA ding or the other. Mine was black on black with dark wheels (C300 Sport) bulging out of the fenders. Really aggressive looking beautiful car. I love it. I would get the version that says Sport.

I received an email from Hana Ross about sales of new vehicles. Hana worked with me over the phone and via email and texts to get me into the perfect vehicle. The vehicle is a 2019 GLC 300. I love this little suv. Hana worked over a week with me as I live out of state. She drove the vehicle to us and we picked it up with no problems. 2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.
