SO I WENT TO TOYOTA OF HUNTINGTON LI,SO I HAD OIL CHANGE ,I USE TO DO IT MY SELF I SAID LET THEM CHANGE THE OIL ,AN EXCUSE TO VIST SHOW ROOM,WELL I HAD CHANGED THE BOLTS ON SKID PLATE BECAUSE THE WHERE USED UP ,AFTER THE OIL CHANGE ,IT WAS TIME FOR SERVICE,WELL I CHANGED OIL ,BUT THE SKID PLATE BOLTS WHERE WORN OUT OR STRIPED,DO TO POWER AIR GUN ,WHICH DESTROYED BOLT ,WHICH I BOUGHT AT TOYOTA OF GREENVALE LI,WELL WELL WELL,TRAINING CLASS FOR MECHANICS OR GENERAL MEETINGS SHOULD BE LOOK OVER BY JAPAN TEC BY VIDIO, I BOUGHT MY FIRST TACOMA EXTEND CAB 4+4 manual in 2001 FROM SUNRISE TOYOTA ,IT WAS NICE NO PROBLEMS ,I WAS THING OF BUYING MY 2022 TACOMA WITH THEM ,WELL I DIDN'T,I WENT TO TOYOTA OF MASSAPEQUA IN STEAD,WELL I WASN'T THERE MORE THEN TWO MINUTES THAT CARLOS THE SALE MAN GREATED ME,WELL DRESSED YOUNG MAN,I KNOW WHAT I WANTED THE SAME TACOMA THAT I HAD IN 2001,THE SERVICE SHOP VERY MODERN ,CLEAN,AN CUSTOMER FREINDY,VERY NICE SEEN,PEOPLE LOOK BUSY AN IT GAVE ME SO COMFORT,BECAUSE I TAKE CARE OF MY TACOMA,I WORK HARD FOR MY SCRATCH,THE MANAGER BRIAN WAS VERY HELPFUL,ON ORDER AN DELIVERY ,AN MAKING SURE CARLOS WOULD CLOSE THE DEAL SMOOTHY,WELL THEY BOTH MADE THE DEAL ,WHICH I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH,CAN'T WAIT TO SERVICE MY NEW TACOMA 4+4 T.R.D SPORT MANUAL,AM SURE THEY WILL BE TOP,WELL TIME WILL TELL,BUT IN GENERAL FEELING IS THAT AT THIS POINT I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOYOTA OF MASSAPEQUA AT THIS TIME,I HOPE TO BE WITH TOYOTA OF MASSAPEQUA FOR MANY YEARS,LIKE I SAID TIME WILL TELL,THANK YOU TO BRIAN AN OF COURSE THE MASTER SALE MAN CARLOS,SEE YOU SOON,FIRST 5k

GREAT VALUE - Bought the C300 4Matic Sport 4 years ago with 55k miles for my wife. Highly optioned with full leather, NAV, panorama roof, illuminated door sills, AMG wheels, blind spot indicator - nearly every option that the dealer did not know how to price! Very reliable and fun to drive on curvy roads. Only repairs are new battery and one tire pressure monitor. We follow the service guideline that the MB dealers suggest but usually at an independent ASE certified repair shop that works on German cars. Third Mercedes (all used) and one new 5-series that was highly unreliable - thankfully under warrant!

C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

Not enough miles driven to fairly evaluate but look forward to driving when weather is better. I have high expectations! I'll need time to get used to the console controls.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Just had a great experience with the purchase of a Pre-Owned MB E350 wagon! Carlos Nazario, the salesman, was great at follow up and making sure everything was ready on time and the car was perfect! i learned my best approach would be going to an authorized dealership. i knew the car year & model that i wanted. i started compiling an excel list with all the car details. i google searched all mercedes dealerships starting in NJ (figured used car conditions there would be better) & noted all the mileage, prices, interior/exterior colors. i went through all of them, & wasn't too impressed & seemed a bit out of my price range for good mileage. the very last dealership i came across was Silver Star Motors in Long Island City. i checked their Certified Pre-Owned List & they had 2 exact options that i would be extremely happy with (light beige interior - which was harder to find!). the mileage & price for both options was a total steal compared to all the other dealerships.. a steal deal by far! I sent in on Sunday (they were closed) the submission of interest to schedule a test drive. I got a phone call from a rep at Silver Star Motors on Monday morning, who eventually connected me to Diana Sokolova. She called & texted me, first making sure that they actually still had both cars. She was very friendly, professional, direct, and prompt with all the replies. Quickly confirmed that both cars were indeed in store, & that i could come in to check them out. once i got there, she immediately welcomed (i didn't have to wait an hour or so like the previous experience at the private dealership), & took me straight to the cars, which were side by side next to each other. i already had a preference between the 2 options, & was able to test drive the main preference in no time. they had to shift about some cars to bring it down, i was very surprised how fast it was done. Diana was very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions with assurance. She definitely also helped pace out the test drive longer so that i could feel extra confident that the car in test was the one. she never rushed to end the test drive, much appreciated! After the test drive, i was certain to purchase. The price was exactly as advertised, no hidden fees, or anything. They advertised that as such, truly is the case.. again no hidden fees! I wasn't able to get the price down any, but the price was already so good. Great price, unbelievable mileage, perfect condition as used. The car was practically new! After finalizing, Diana was amazing once again! i had to call to set up and purchase car insurance, she helped make that process extra easy and smooth. With that done, i had the chance to drive home with the car right away. I made a request on numbers that i like for a license plate, & by luck it all worked out with the timing because of Diana's handle! Got exactly what i wanted! It was getting late, Diana & the whole Silver Star Motors team was indeed able to get everything in order at the end, & i was able to drive the car home on spot! (otherwise would've had to return the next day) I'm a beyond happy customer at Silver Star Motors; & I'm still completely grateful for Diana's amazing help with the 1st time purchase! If I'm ever back in market, they have my complete loyalty - will go directly to them! Diana is the best! Can't thank her enough! Hope my review is helpful! Diana + Silver Star deserve it!

I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to.
