Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

I contacted dealership regarding Chevy SSR. I was contacted back quickly and professionally. However, the vehicle had a defect in the electric roof. I was no longer interested. Good experience, but it did not go anywhere because of the defect.

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

I had a beautiful client experience. When I walked in the door of the dealership, I asked for an African-American sales person. The gigantic surprise is that not only was I directed to an African-American in sales, but the sales person also happened to be a woman: Mrs. Jenine Parham. BINGO! Double-Minority in sales, a domain dominated by Caucasian Men. Jenine is not window dressing; she is EXCELLENT! Jenine treated me like royalty. Jenine determined my purchase criteria and immediately identified two vehicles that checked all of my boxes. She responded to all of my questions and concerns, no matter how relevant, or not! No detail was too small for Jenine to address and resolve. She is intelligent and had product knowledge. If she did not have an answer, Jenine quickly found one through research or escalation. I may not have gotten everything I wanted in the vehicle of my choice, including a lower price-point, but I felt that Jenine and her team struggled to meet me half-way with a sufficient compromise for my asks. In the end, I basked in a heightened sense of happy accomplishment -- and relief -- as I drove my vehicle off the lot with a smile on my face and a skip in my heart.

The first time I bought a car (not from CarMax) it was a terrible experience and I was stuck with a hunk of junk that was worth far less than what I owed. I have been the only owner of a 2016 c300 4matic sport for 9 years. I have owned the car since it was brand new in late 2015, and it has had only one issue during the duration of my ownership. The only issue I have had was that leaving it out in the extreme cold seemed to ruin the driver's LCD screen, whereby the screen would show random Chinese, Russian, Korean, and Arabic words before warming up and operating normally. Eventually, the screen quit altogether, but it was very easy to get a replacement. Other than that, it's mechanically extremely reliable, the styling keeps it relevant to today's designs, and the highway driving is impeccable. Performance is pretty mid-tier compared to BMW and Audi, but the engine doesn't have their issues. Overall, it's not a fast car, but it does inspire driving confidence when braking, even if the steering is somewhat lackluster compared to real sports cars. I take very good care of the interior, so there are no peeling issues, no warped wood, and no issues with the plastics, but the rubber seal in the moon roof has been a bit squeaky in certain temperatures, and the dealership said it would cost about $2k+ to take the sliding roof off, replace the rubber seal, and reinstall. The seats have held up very well, the alignment has never truly gone out of alignment, and the gearbox acts as if it's brand new. I do an oil and filter change every 4,000 to 6,000 miles, and I follow the regular dealer-recommended services. Mine just ticked over the 100k mile mark, and I know I'll keep it well taken care of for another 30k to 50k. I highly recommend this car; however, if you're looking for "value," please do not get this car thinking you will be able to afford it when something goes wrong. An average service will run you $250+ every 7k miles, and anything being replaced out of warranty will cost you north of $1,000.
