Went in Sunday with a crappy old BMW. Spoke with Miguel about a car I was interested in. Miguel talked straight with me on my trade in .He didn't talk above me or belittle me. He made me feel like a friend helping out a friend. The rest of the staff was awesome also. The finance dep bumped up my trade in above what it was worth just to get me to the monthly payments i needed to do the deal. A++ will go to them again.

Had an issue with the extended warranty and thankfully Topline Auto Group made it right. They have some very nice vehicles on the showroom floor for decent prices.

I have been car shopping for over two years. I purchased a Model Y from this dealer. I had a very good experience with them, as did my two young kids. They do not negotiate much on price or feature which was fine with me as the price of the vehicle was fair. There was a chip on the windshield and they did agree to throw a new windshield on which was satisfactory. They have many different levels of cars here which is great but you get what you pay for, which is likely why there are some harsh reviews about them. Overall I was extremely satisfied, got in and out in under an hour and the staff was all kind and helpful. No sales person chasing me down on the lot was worth it by itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to buy another used car here. Thank you guys

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

Bought this car about 2.5 years ago, and have put 54,000km on it since (has about 252,000km now). It's been driven on gravel roads, in snow and ice, and on the racetrack for driver training, and is my daily commuter. It's a great car overall. The climate control has recently lost its brains, and the CD changer hasn't worked since before I bought it, but otherwise everything still works well. I would have no qualms about hopping in for a long road trip tomorrow. While it is true, parts are not cheap, they last a LONG time...you won't need many. Also basic repairs are very easy, for example, replacing the blower motor might take you half an hour. Things are generally pretty accessible and the skid plate and seals help keep the engine area relatively clean. The only dislikes I have about this car are the non-folding rear seat (I think that was an option though), the front seats being German-man-sized (too big for me), and the fact it just doesn't have the fun-factor of a BMW 3-series.
