I just bought a CPO 2024 GLE 350, beautiful car, incredible ride,performance,luxury . I didn't think i4 turbo engine was going to be this powerful . I have GLS63 amg but this car drives amazing I don't miss the GLS. It was fast easy pleasant buying experience, at the end I had a minor problem but it was resolved. After driving this amazing car I forgot about it. Silverstar is my dealer and I service all my cars here. If there is any problem at all they have a great management and take take of everything. I usually buy cpo cars, extremely well maintained and serviced vehicles. If you're looking for a best suv for money forget about X5,Q7 Cayenne or Range Rover get a GLE 350, you won't regret it. Amazing car. Don't believe me take a test drive.

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

Over a year ago I purchased a Nissan Altima from capital motors and still enjoy driving it every day. Because of the nature of my job It is necessary to have a back up vehicle. I had a Town&Country since 2004 which recently died and I needed to replace it. My first thought was to look at the inventory at Capital Motors and they had Ford Escape which looked good and affordable price. Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

I have been looking for a used car for a few months and finally found one with Ed the general manager at Bianco. Ed was patient and very knowledgeable about the cars. I took it for a test drive and loved it. He gave me a great deal and all the paperwork was done in a day. I picked up my car it was so clean and smelled good with brand new floor mats. He watched me drive off safely and told me he’ll call me soon to check in on me. He felt like a family member. Manny and Ricky were helpful as well. I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Best experience and fastest total transaction I’ve had in my car buying experience. From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour today – I’ve spent more time in Home Depot buying a grill. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan and Gregory.

Paul helped me and advised during my visit to the service department. He was very knowledgeable detail oriented and explained all very clearly. However I have a concern with the service department. When I tried to make an appointment the phones kept ringing but no one picked up. Tried to connect thru parts and sales department and it was again going to a voice mail. Left a message but did not hear back. I called again and got the parts department and the gentleman at parts instructed me to send a text. Then they responded. The management should look into a better way for customers to set up services ce appointment. Thank you.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?
