When my windshield was cracked by a rock on my new 2022 S580 no one could find a replacement. "Backordered" "No ETA" "Nowhere to be found." "Sorry, can't help you." Over and over until I went to the dealership where I bought the car and the Parts Manager, Joe Singer, literally went the extra mile. He not only found the windshield at a dealership in Maryland but sent someone to get it right away. That's customer service. Actually, everyone there was great. My salesman, Phil Polite, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with as is my service adviser, Darius DeQuesnay. Thrilled to find exceptional customer service in a world where mediocrity is the norm.

Excellent dealer to find the perfect Sprinter for your needs regardless what state you reside in. I would give ten stars if we could. We had awful experiences just during our shopping process, at so many MB dealerships (lying about cars in stock, sales people with zero knowledge about their vehicles, and just really poor communication). We are so glad though because it led us to finding my dream car at MB FW, and the sale manager Matt M. communicated and made the deal come together quickly, he was fair, and transparent. He answered car questions and helped at least half a dozen times with my questions AFTER the purchase. Our sales associate Brittany (Meghan Markle twin) - she was SO kind, and SO patient. I was coming from a car that was almost 20 years old so my learning curve was steep. When we arrived she spent no less than an HOUR going through every last single button on the car and setting everything up for my preferences. She knew the car inside and out. We were floored, and didn't expect it but appreciated it beyond what we knew at the time because it was alot for my husband and I, both coming from our college cars that were before cars became so high tech. We appreciated her knowledge, after coming from another dealership where we tried to buy a car, but the sales woman couldn't answer ANYTHING, and kept pushing us towards a car she had in stock, when we had explained a bench versus captain seats were a non negotiable. We would have stayed with her for the search but she could not answer a single question about the car and also thought it was an electric vehicle until we pointed out it was a gas powered car with a battery feature. We lost out confidence at that moment. My husband and I buy and keep cars for the long haul and although car buying is an awful process usually, MB FW (Matt and Brittany specifically, went above and beyond on numerous occasions for us to make it a smooth transaction both before AND after purchase which is when you really learn about a sales persons character. We are so grateful.

Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

GREAT VALUE - Bought the C300 4Matic Sport 4 years ago with 55k miles for my wife. Highly optioned with full leather, NAV, panorama roof, illuminated door sills, AMG wheels, blind spot indicator - nearly every option that the dealer did not know how to price! Very reliable and fun to drive on curvy roads. Only repairs are new battery and one tire pressure monitor. We follow the service guideline that the MB dealers suggest but usually at an independent ASE certified repair shop that works on German cars. Third Mercedes (all used) and one new 5-series that was highly unreliable - thankfully under warrant!

Came in to Del looking to purchase a TRD Pro Tacoma and left with just that! The excellent staff at Del Toyota made everything so easy and simple! I couldn’t be any happier!

I just bought this car used in November 2022. Let me say it again, this car is super fun to drive. The 2013 and 2014 C300 were slightly different in horsepower from the 2008 - 2012 models. The 2013 and 2014 were the last naturally aspirated V-6 Mercedes will probably ever make. They came with 249 or almost 250 horses. The 2008 - 2012 models came with 228 horses. This car drives so smoothly, the steering is so playful and light, and when you put it in sport mode, this thing turns into a little beast. It flies through bends and corners and rides on rails. If you drive it aggressively, you can never get enough of this car. And, the exhaust growls too. I was so lucky to get the 2014 model with the darkened wheels with tires bulging out of the fenders. Those can be harder to find. I was so lucky to find one. What I paid was comparable to the prices on Cars.com. It is a remarkable car that feels luxurious but then can get very aggressive slightly beyond your imagination. And, after my research, they had very little problems. They were super reliable. This was the first car i had driven in the modern age with no NHTSA recall. That blew my mind away because almost all the manufacturers now have one NHTSA ding or the other. Mine was black on black with dark wheels (C300 Sport) bulging out of the fenders. Really aggressive looking beautiful car. I love it. I would get the version that says Sport.

This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!
