I recently had my wife's c300 serviced at the ft pierce location. I went in for service B. Pat ford was my advisor. He is awesome. He communicated with us every step of the way. We had to replace our rear tires,brakes,transmission flush and spark plugs in addition to service B. This dealership is by far the best in my opinion. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The prices are much more reasonable than the dealerships in palm beach county. We reside in Delray Beach and drove over an hour to this dealership. Pat gave us a loaner while the car was being serviced. We will definitely be coming back here for future car services and to purchase a car later in the year. Our C300 runs great after leaving the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership due to the excellent customer service and level of professionalism here. I purchased a 2021 Porsche Carrera S (with an Aerokit!!) and had it shipped to Texas in December of 2020. My salesman, Kent Hill, was wonderful to work with: very professional, prompt and courteous. The car was shipped a few days later and it arrived in flawless condition and detailed, along with all the paperwork, a Porsche tumbler and leather keychain. Sean Oliver, the finance manager, was also very prompt and helpful and made the buying process easy and seamless. Finally, a shoutout to Chris, the delivery driver! Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership because they are honest, upfront and ethical. Isringhausen is the dealership that others should emulate! I know I will enjoy my Porsche 911 (992) for many years to come!! After all, it’s my dream car!

We built/ordered 2024 GLC300 for my wife in May 2023. Took delivery on 12/1/2023. Darren Shin was our sales advisor. We moved our business from another Mercedes dealer because Darren was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Mercedes autos, options, process, timeline, etc. He did NOT use any pressure whatsoever. he focused on educating us to ensure the vehicle was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. If I had a sales opening in my firm, he is exactly the high performing sales person who I would hire!! Kudos and well done.
