After having a very unpleasant customer service experience with Jennifer Collins, a new service advisor was assigned to me. I was extremely pleased Clayton Fraizer. He took the time give me a call to introduce himself and was very warm, positive and professional. Once my vehicle was ready for pick-up, he called again, greeted me upon my arrival, and did a proper checkout to ensure that the window tint and window seal repair exceeded my expectations. As a brand new Mercedes Benz - Plano service department customer, I am happy to say that Clayton COMPLETELY turned around my overall experience and perceptions of this department. His customer service definitely matched the Mercedes Benz brand which is what I expected from the beginning. As a result, I will continue to work with him in the future.

Friendly and professional staff. They were very hospitable and made the buying process as smooth as possible. They explained everything to us clearly and didn't try to sneak in any extra charges. Our salesman, Eddie, took especially good care of us and was very patient as we thoroughly looked over the car we were interested in and took our time to make our decision. The car we purchased wasn't a Mercedes and was less luxurious and less expensive than what you would typically expect from a high-end luxury car dealership, but they didn't treat us any differently because of that. Highly recommended!

Lyn Ford is the best service advisor I've ever encountered. Having owned several Volvos, Toyotas, Hondas and an Audi over the past 30 years, I've encountered quite a few and Lyn is THE BEST. He's straightforward, attentive, keeps you updated, professional and honest. He is an asset to Crest Volvo and a model for the industry. Many thanks to the service and detail teams. We built/ordered 2024 GLC300 for my wife in May 2023. Took delivery on 12/1/2023. Darren Shin was our sales advisor. We moved our business from another Mercedes dealer because Darren was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Mercedes autos, options, process, timeline, etc. He did NOT use any pressure whatsoever. he focused on educating us to ensure the vehicle was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. If I had a sales opening in my firm, he is exactly the high performing sales person who I would hire!! Kudos and well done.

Wanted more information on the damage to a car and none was giving to me

I LOOKED AT SEVERAL USED BMW PRIOR TO PURCHASE THE ONE FROM SILVER STAR AND THEY WERE ALL HAVING ISSUES OR THEIR SALES MAN WERE PUSHY AND MAKE ME UNCOMFORTABLE , BUT AT SILVER STAR FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN I WAS APPROACHED BY RAY AND HE MADE ME FELT AT EASE HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HE KNEW BMW VERY WELL AND HE DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME A CAR AND HE JUST INFORMED ME AND ALLOWED ME MAKE THE BUYING DECISION , AFTER TEST DRIVE HE SHOWED ME ALL THE SERVICE THEY HAVE DONE TO THE CAR PRIOR BEING OFFERED FOR SALE WHICH MADE ME AT EASE OF KNOWING THAT THESE GUYS TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS,

Bought 1 owner 76,000 miles 2007 e350 in 2022. Love this car zero issues. I did replace valve seals as recommended after 80,000 it’s been a great car so far and still looks and feels new

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

I love my car All the technology on it it’s like a dream Interiores are so beautifully design and comfortable Runs so smooth, I feel like a millionaire driving it🥰

Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

Audi Plano and my service advisor Bryan Cabrera keep my Q5 in excellent shape. I appreciate so much the video the mechanic sends to my phone as he is completing the multi-point checklist that is done every time. Bryan always explains the work that will be done that day and what I can expect at the next service. Today he went out of his way to fix my husband’s key fob and showed me what to do in the future if it happened again. I am a very satisfied Audi Plano customer! Thanks Bryan!
