These cars are very very reliable, the engine gives the driver of power over and stability over most other cars, the car is very quiet considering the 300 eye popping, seat of the pants performance, the E class makes you feel like a spell person, and you would be if you bought one today.

Very reliable car. Extremely low maintenance. Fast and powerful biturbo makes it really enjoyable. Great way to save when driving. Did I mention, it's really comfortable with a great audio system.

My experience at Mercedes Westwood was exactly what I was looking for. Matt Waugh was attentive, responsive and answered any and all questions I had with thoughtful responses. Very down to earth sales person who helped me make informed decisions, got me the best deal he could and never pushed me to purchase anything. He helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted, which was located at another dealership and would need to be shipped, and I had planned to go to the dealership to sign paperwork for a new 2026 GLC300 Coupe. When I arrived, Matt let me know there was a new vehicle that had arrived the day prior that he thought I may be interested in based on our prior conversations. The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

I bought my car at this dealership a number of years ago..And coincidentally, I had a flat tire happen to me right around the corner from them. They replaced the two front tires (worn enough to merit requiring when changing one we needed to change the other). The process was quick. And while they needed to receive the right tires overnight they also cleaned the car quite thoroughly. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

Purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Imperial was so easy. They are only 10 minutes from my house and had at least a dozen Cherokee L's for me to look at. I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

Luca went above and beyond for me to get this car. When I first looked up the car online I knew this was going to be my car and I quickly made a downpayment for them to hold it for me for 3 weeks. No other dealerships would of done that for but this one has a great customer service. I had a fair credit rate and Luca made sure I get approved for a loan with a different lender since I couldn’t get approved for the bigger lenders. As an customers I was very pleased with that. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely do business with them.

This has been my 5th MB, and is one of my favorites to date. It is an E400 4-matic coupe. Looks great, and even though 6 years old, most people think it is new. performance is not track-worthy but perfect for touring and everyday driving. Has been bulletproof mechanically and i consistently get 22-24 mpg average with spirited driving. Having the old screen is cumbersome, but I'm sure they have fixed it with newer models.

Overall a great car. The service is on the expensive side but the car is a pleasure to drive and really make long trips enjoyable. Compared to other cars I have owned the annual cost will probably be even or slightly higher but I expected it when purchased.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

11/28/2025 I called Schneider at around 7:52 a.m. He then gave me the towing company’s number to arrange for the car to be towed at 8:39 a.m.
 At 9:29 a.m., Schneider called me to inform me that the tow truck had arrived at the dealership and that they were going to find out what happened with the power steering. He called me later and told me that the car was ready. Furthermore, he went the extra mile to check whether I was covered by my extended warranty. I had a great experience with Schneider. Kami P.
