My experience with Bianca mason, my service provider was great. My appointment was on time, repairs and pricing were explained and a rental car provided. This was a major service and I felt confident in the work done on my car.

We, wife and I decided we wanted a convertible vehicle. We had a C- class before so we went to MB of Orlando. We were greeted by a young man by the name of Mr J. Haines. Asked us how he could assist us and we explained what we were looking for. He showed us a few vehicles in the range we mentioned. Mr Haines was not pushy or tried to get us out of our comfort zone. We felt comfortable and at ease because of the way he treated us. Very good communication with us and salesman. We are very happy with our new ( used ) car and with the dealership. Mr Ramie ( finance) was also very pleasant to work with.

This car has so many safety features it’s a comfortable ride with a stylish look and gets lots of looks. I’m thrilled with it. The ambient lighting is so cool. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who wants to be safe. Cynthia H

EXCEPTIONAL Customer service!! I explained my concerns, they understood what I was saying and fixed everything! even what I had not mentioned. AND they only had I car for 1 day! Previously took to another dealer who had my car for 5 days and did what?? not sure cause still had issues when I drove off their lot. I will be back even if I have to drive 20 miles their level of great service is worth it! I have recommended Orange Buick to friends.

First of all, I am 80 years old, live in North Carolina, and was not able to visit dealership. My experience with Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando was exceptional, especially dealing thru Navin over the last couple of weeks for a used vehicle. Received the vehicle today and it was in pristine condition. I was a little concerned at first, about buying a used vehicle without actually visiting the dealership in person. Navin put my mind at ease, and my decision to go forward with the purchase of this vehicle was because of all the photos that he sent, his very professional attitude in answering all my concerns and questions. At this point, I have nothing but respect and gratitude for his input in me making my decision. I had been searching, for months, this particular vehicle, in this particular color and have had bad experiences with other dealers during this search. I finally found the right one in Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando and in "Super Salesman", Navin. My wholehearted thanks to both! I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

I just bought a 2008 bmw 650i from Rick. I am amazed how clean the car is overall but especially the motor. I brought it home and had a chance to take a closer look, not a drop of oil leak and even the air filter was brand new. The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

My 4th Mercedes-Benz. I have had a GLK, C CLASS and two E Class’s. I currently have an E Class. AWESOME! High levels of refinement, lots of equipment, comfortable, and drives very well. Before you buy a new cheaper car I would definitely look at a used Mercedes-Benz. It may be worth your time.

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

Excellent staff, nice facilities. Too far from breakfast place. Place is a little too busy but that is a good sign. Dave the service manager is a very friendly person who really understands my needs.

Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.
