I will begin by saying that I really enjoyed my experience at the Mercedez of South Florida - Service Center. Viktor was outmost pleasant, patient and courteous throughout my experience at the service center. I was visiting family from New York and my engine light came on as I was driving down to Florida. I drive an IMG Mercedes GLC 63S Coupe. I called up Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center and spoke to Victor and he told me to bring my car in for a check up. When I arrived I got to sit down in Victor's office and explain how and when the car started to show the engine light. He explained that he would like to put the car in the Mercedes Diagnostics to see what codes the car registered when the engine light came on. When I purchased my vehicle I got the extended warranty of 75,000 miles. After a few minutes, he came back and explained that the car had leaks in both the turbos. He continued to assure me that he would take care of the issue with no problem. The service center looked very busy since it was the day before New Years Eve. He kept coming back to me periodically to make sure I was being taken care of. That showed me that he really cared. After the repair was finished he apologized to me for the time I spent there waiting away from my grand-son that I was visiting. They replaced the two turbo clamps so that there is no more leak. I in return thanked him for his support and care that he showed towards me as a customer. My car now runs smooth and is in great shape. Viktor you are a great person and wonderful human being for showing me great patience and respect. Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center will be proud to have you in their staff. I would not be surprised that you someday get promoted to a higher leadership role because of your patience and communication skills you have with your customers and people around you. I had one of the best experiences away from home in car service center. Thank you Viktor and thank you Mercedes of South Florida for this wonderful experience. I rate my experience a 5 out of 5.

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

Have 40k and only maintenance has been annual oil changes and a new set of tires. Ride is super comfortable, interior is total luxury. First Mercedes we have owned, owed BMWs and Porches, and would definitely buy Mercedes again. Get compliments from anyone riding in the car. Only nit is navigation, but we use Apple CarPlay so no big deal

These cars are very very reliable, the engine gives the driver of power over and stability over most other cars, the car is very quiet considering the 300 eye popping, seat of the pants performance, the E class makes you feel like a spell person, and you would be if you bought one today.

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

I’m a GM customer but for some unknown reason I was focused on the 2020 Acura RLX SH. As I looked around for a purchase I quickly realized that they weren’t easy to find locally. I found myself looking at distant Dealerships which took me to Orlando Preowned. I seen a 2020 RLX SH in their inventory online and from there I was quickly in contact with Brad, an outstanding sales associate. Brad provided everything I needed to understand that the vehicle that I was interested in on the lot was what I was looking for and that it was worth the effort to purchase from Orlando Preowned. I purchased the vehicle without physically laying eyes on it. From 250 miles away. I had it conveniently shipped to my house a day later and was completely satisfied. I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

I got my Mercedes-benz 2016 E class E400 saloon/sedan V6 back in 2016. The vehicle currently has 34,637 miles and has been phenomenal. That M276 engine has performed magnificently without any issues at all. Not one scratch or dent not even any swirls exterior paint. The two tone designio interior leather as well as the exterior obsidian metallic black is just like day one when new. All electronics functioning perfectly no issues. The only thing I had to replace was the battery which is perfectly common after several years. All maintenance has been performed over the years as scheduled. No oil leaks or leaks of any fluid. It's been nine years since I had my E400, and I can see many more to come. Being this my first Mercedes-benz I can say confidently this has been the best vehicle I've ever own hands down.

I still owned it , grandson going to college and he wants it.we drive it to AZ and it took 4 days driving at a speed off 120 mi per hour it look like the harder you drive it the better it runs.

Bought my black 2016 E350 4Matic used from dealer with 1600 mi. In 2017. Not too many bells and whistles, but has been very reliable and easy to maintain. Now has 37,600 miles (2024). This car is so much fun to drive. I always get complimented on it’s looks and styling. The acceleration is outstanding and handles like a sports car. Just replaced rear brakes and tires will need replacing soon. I would highly recommend this car.

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

First of all, I am 80 years old, live in North Carolina, and was not able to visit dealership. My experience with Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando was exceptional, especially dealing thru Navin over the last couple of weeks for a used vehicle. Received the vehicle today and it was in pristine condition. I was a little concerned at first, about buying a used vehicle without actually visiting the dealership in person. Navin put my mind at ease, and my decision to go forward with the purchase of this vehicle was because of all the photos that he sent, his very professional attitude in answering all my concerns and questions. At this point, I have nothing but respect and gratitude for his input in me making my decision. I had been searching, for months, this particular vehicle, in this particular color and have had bad experiences with other dealers during this search. I finally found the right one in Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando and in "Super Salesman", Navin. My wholehearted thanks to both! 2018 e300 4matic sedan luxury package w premium package 1.2 & 3 This car is a pleasure, the 4cyl jumps and at 75-80 you feel like you are doing 50 in regular car. Bought w 45,000 have 88,000 on the clock. Only costs were brakes and rotors, and thermostat at 75k. Great acceleration super comfortable ride. Sold a 2014 e350 convertible to get the sedan. Drop top was awesome but kids appreciate more space in sedan. In the snow it is a beast, in the rain it’s a monster, riding on 18’s and switched out the tub flats for fat diaper tires, but the ride is a dream. Looked at 2020 740 Bmw and believe it or not the drivers cabin felt bigger in the eclass?!? Big enough but not unwieldy, it Moves to 100 mph really easy can’t imagine what the e400/e500 is like. The self driving is a gimmick heads up display is ok but not needed, heated seats are a must, and the mb-tex seats are a disappointment on a $75+ car Navigation blows… other than that it’s a 10/10. Changed drive belts as a precaution use liquid moly oil, it makes the direct injection motor idle quieter. Run regular gas not super
