Well I came 31/2 hours to see a car and it’s gone yesterday I wanted it I was buying it because i recked mine i wanted the same thing

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex Hernandez during my car-buying process, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dealer reached out within half an hour of the inquiry and answered my questions regarding the truck. I was looking for a specific option the truck didn't have, but I was impressed with the sales staff knowledge of the truck despite it being from a competitors brand.

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

Very friendly sales people, no pushy sales tactics, treats you very well. I was driving by saw plenty of cars went it to check out they were very nice and helpful

My 4th Mercedes-Benz. I have had a GLK, C CLASS and two E Class’s. I currently have an E Class. AWESOME! High levels of refinement, lots of equipment, comfortable, and drives very well. Before you buy a new cheaper car I would definitely look at a used Mercedes-Benz. It may be worth your time.

2002 E 430 4matic I've owned it since 2016 with 110000 miles on it. Now nearing 185000 miles. Best car I've ever owned. Fixed a leaky seal and replaced the PSE and tires. This car has power and can corner well. It's solid and quiet.

The car is hreat only complain brake lines rusted need to replace on a 5 years old car, calling dealer to see if a recall

Bought 1 owner 76,000 miles 2007 e350 in 2022. Love this car zero issues. I did replace valve seals as recommended after 80,000 it’s been a great car so far and still looks and feels new

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

I was looking for a good newer car with higher miles and I saw that they have a wide variety of those vehicles. I went there and test drove 3 cars until I found one that was perfect. I paid 8500 cash and allowed them to change my brakes and oil. They also did my registration which was great because it saved me a lot of time. They called me when it was ready. I will definitely check these guys for my second vehicle!

I find the interior and exterior stying to be classically pleasing to the eye. It is a pleasure to drive and most comfortable. This is the eighth Mercedes Benz that I have owned, I think that it is that it is the best.

I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from MB Springfield and had a good experience. After doing some research we were able to find the exact match I was looking for. After some time, dealing with the other dealer, I was able to get my new Coupe. Dave went through everything on the vehicle and helped setup my preferences. The finance department was wonderful and did not try to push extra or additional products. They went over my options and explained everything. In the long run I used my credit union because the interest rate was lower than their best interest rates; the process was smooth and accomplished in 15 minutes or so! Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. Today, purchased the 2013 Nissan Juke, 112,600 mile for $9,995 today. It will be ready Wednesday or Thursday this coming week. My sales person Amy was excellent. She knew I had a firm budget (retired) and she found two great vehicles to test. The Jeep I could have taken home today with less milage... a little older, however, Jeep mph versus the Juke..., Nissan won even with higher mileage. So far, I'm "a HAPPY CAMPER"! I can't foresee any problems from now until pick-up. So, I'd say, if you need a reliable used car, Amy is knowledgeable and, in spite of the packed waiting room with eager customers, we were never abandoned. Note; yes, the sales people had to multi-task at times. Understand, at these reduced prices, compared to any dealerships for used cars... Patience, just a little patience - and you'll be treated right too. All the best to customers in need of a new used vehicle!

Styling, Dependability, Options, Electronics, Ride and Handling are 2nd to none. Price is very reasonable for the value received. Good resale when you decide to buy another one.

Alex excellent salesperson very patience and honest. The dealership is another story, if your looking for a reasonable price this is the dealership for you, they get cars from Auction so no idea about the history of the car, they get checked when you already signed for the As- is purchase, don't go there on a weekend, if you have patience, wants a bargain, (non negotiable deals)time, and good mechanic this is a place to go, got lucky with Alex very accommodating and great salesman

Fast and dirty. 20+ salesmen all busy. 800 used cars from auction, none of them have been detailed yet. If you need a car today on a sub $15k budget I would go here and detail it yourself. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

Just watch out for the “PZEV” versions of fuel pump that is built in inside the fuel tank !!! You need to replace the whole fuel tank $2k just replace the fuel pump which is price only for $200 +/- !!!’ You will know by reading the ID CARDs located both by driver door and when you open the hood

This has been my 5th MB, and is one of my favorites to date. It is an E400 4-matic coupe. Looks great, and even though 6 years old, most people think it is new. performance is not track-worthy but perfect for touring and everyday driving. Has been bulletproof mechanically and i consistently get 22-24 mpg average with spirited driving. Having the old screen is cumbersome, but I'm sure they have fixed it with newer models.
