I purchased a low-mileage, late-model 911 from Vantage. The purchase process was painless. There was no pressure, unlike so many other dealerships. The car was in great shape—a prominent Porsche mechanic called it close to perfect.

I have had two W124 models, (1989 an 1995) The 1995 (currently own) has just about 300K miles and is solid and a trooper ( even at over 80mph on hwy) daily driver, reliable, has full power -lots of torque and handles beautifully. No major issues, I also have the same model in a 2004 version and, hands down, the 1995 version is superior in all ways. The only downside to owning these older cars is that parts and mechanics for regular maintenance are also becoming rare.

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

My 4th Mercedes-Benz. I have had a GLK, C CLASS and two E Class’s. I currently have an E Class. AWESOME! High levels of refinement, lots of equipment, comfortable, and drives very well. Before you buy a new cheaper car I would definitely look at a used Mercedes-Benz. It may be worth your time.

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

I brought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES back in 2019 from Jason. The car will finally be paid up by October 2024. This car has never had an issue. Probably 5 flat tires in a 5 year span. I would definitely shop here again. I was in and out, even with poor credit. They work with you.

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

I recently had a great shopping experience at European Masters with a salesperson Luis. He was very courteous and professional, obviously having customer`s best interest in mind. I initially contacted them over the phone and spoke to melissa, an internet sales rep. She politely answered all my questions and made an appointment for the following Monday. Upon arrival a vehicle of my interest was all prepped and shining. All in all I did spend there quite some time including a test drive, applying for financing, which turned out to be of better terms than my own that I previously was approved for and signing a contract. At the end of the day I drove off in my new car and was very satisfied with the process. Being a 3yr old the car had a highway mileage in Pennsylvania and drove and felt like new. Before this place I shopped in two other dealerships in Long Island and they both felt very disorganised and unprofessional. This place has a great selection of premium higher-end European cars, mostly BMW, Benz, Porsche. The condition of each looked top notch. I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

I have to say, this is my 4th stop within 3 days before I pull the trigger on the 2020 BMW X5 at Import Masters. I was surprised how I was treated considering I was way underdressed for the occasion. Most sales people would think WHAT THE xxxx IS HE DOING HERE LOOKING AT BMW X5. Edwin was very nice and made sure I was taken care of properly. All the staff are very friendly, even the little guys who are cleaning and waxing cars. They gave me all the information I need it on how to take care of the car. I highly recommend the place and make sure you don’t forget to check out and cruise around the neighborhood. You won’t regret it. xxxx a lot better than some other places I have been to. I advise you to make an appointment before coming in so they can bring it to the showroom. They have so many cars that almost stack on top of each other.

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

Have 40k and only maintenance has been annual oil changes and a new set of tires. Ride is super comfortable, interior is total luxury. First Mercedes we have owned, owed BMWs and Porches, and would definitely buy Mercedes again. Get compliments from anyone riding in the car. Only nit is navigation, but we use Apple CarPlay so no big deal
