Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

Buying a car from Mo was great. I do not like buying cars. I do not like the standard buying script. Thankfully, Mo talked me through the process. Showed me a coupe of vehicles and never pressured me to buy. With his assistance, I was able to make the buying decision that was best for me. In my experience, the prices were more than fair. The team was awesome and they continue to work with you after the sale closes. If you have researched your desired vehicle. Know the prices and what is available. Go see Mo. He probably has the car for you at a great price.

These cars are very very reliable, the engine gives the driver of power over and stability over most other cars, the car is very quiet considering the 300 eye popping, seat of the pants performance, the E class makes you feel like a spell person, and you would be if you bought one today.

I bought my car at this dealership a number of years ago..And coincidentally, I had a flat tire happen to me right around the corner from them. They replaced the two front tires (worn enough to merit requiring when changing one we needed to change the other). The process was quick. And while they needed to receive the right tires overnight they also cleaned the car quite thoroughly. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Sales rep was very good and informative. Knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. Proper follow up and answered all of my questions and helped set up the cars technical items.

Went to 3 other dealers before being reccomend to matt Harris and knew instantly it was our last stop. We has been treated like xxxx at the other dealers. 1 lied to us and another told us he would not replace bald tires on a 2 year old luxury vehicle. The second we met Matt we knew we were In great hands. My fiance got the Mercedes she wanted at a fair price and the vehicle recieved everything it needed in the shop before we looked at it. I always have an interesting car. I recently bought an AMG SLS Gullwing Coupe from MBOB. The sales associate, Mike, was exceptional. I did not have the car inspected, since MA has an auto warranty requirement. When I received the car, it did have a small oil leak. I have to say, I was concerned, since anything on an AMG car is expensive. However, after corresponding with Stephen (MBOB Service Director) and Tim (General Manager) they were good on their word and they coordinated with MB of Tucson for a valve cover gasket replacement. The car is fabulous, its condition is now perfect, MBOB's response was great, and I would not hesitate to buy a six figure car from them again!

We just bought a C-300 2024 from Smith Moters. Chris Walden was a super salesperson. Every thing he said was true. The car has everything we wanted+. the transaction was seamless. The financial end of the transaction was efficient. We would highly recommend Chris and Smith Moters.

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

11/28/2025 I called Schneider at around 7:52 a.m. He then gave me the towing company’s number to arrange for the car to be towed at 8:39 a.m.
 At 9:29 a.m., Schneider called me to inform me that the tow truck had arrived at the dealership and that they were going to find out what happened with the power steering. He called me later and told me that the car was ready. Furthermore, he went the extra mile to check whether I was covered by my extended warranty. I had a great experience with Schneider. Kami P.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.
