Viti exceeded our expectations. Their service department went above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had with any dealership! Our convertible top was stuck in the open position on Cape Cod. The service manager Tony picked up the phone at 7:30 am on Monday, my car was in the shop Tuesday morning. Russell, our service rep, called Tuesday afternoon car was ready for pickup Thursday. To top off my experience they delivered the car back to the Cape Cod!!!!! The absolute best experience of my life with a dealership!!!

Purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler. It was time to get a newer car with test driving of my top 3 cars I was able to pick the right one! With the help of Ed it was a smooth transition from my old car as he helped with the technology and keyless startup to help us pick the right car! I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

My 4th Mercedes-Benz. I have had a GLK, C CLASS and two E Class’s. I currently have an E Class. AWESOME! High levels of refinement, lots of equipment, comfortable, and drives very well. Before you buy a new cheaper car I would definitely look at a used Mercedes-Benz. It may be worth your time.

Best car I have ever owned(my first car). Great quality interior and very good suspension at the back. No squeaking at the back which is very good. Car does very quick speed when accelerating and brakes working fine. Headlights look epic when full beam. Didn’t fill gas in the car since I’ve purchased it, very reliable and good suspension in the back.

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

I got my Mercedes-benz 2016 E class E400 saloon/sedan V6 back in 2016. The vehicle currently has 34,637 miles and has been phenomenal. That M276 engine has performed magnificently without any issues at all. Not one scratch or dent not even any swirls exterior paint. The two tone designio interior leather as well as the exterior obsidian metallic black is just like day one when new. All electronics functioning perfectly no issues. The only thing I had to replace was the battery which is perfectly common after several years. All maintenance has been performed over the years as scheduled. No oil leaks or leaks of any fluid. It's been nine years since I had my E400, and I can see many more to come. Being this my first Mercedes-benz I can say confidently this has been the best vehicle I've ever own hands down.

I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.
