I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

Sold my car recently and gave me a very fair price. Over book value and more than twice what the nearby dealership offered. Good place to sell.

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

John was very accommodating throughout the whole process. Had no problem with me taking the car to be checked out by a mechanic, and just wanted me to be 100% satisfied with my purchase. Gave me more for my trade-in than other dealers were offering, and worked with me on the final price. Would definitely buy from him again!

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

Very reliable car. Extremely low maintenance. Fast and powerful biturbo makes it really enjoyable. Great way to save when driving. Did I mention, it's really comfortable with a great audio system.

My 4th Mercedes-Benz. I have had a GLK, C CLASS and two E Class’s. I currently have an E Class. AWESOME! High levels of refinement, lots of equipment, comfortable, and drives very well. Before you buy a new cheaper car I would definitely look at a used Mercedes-Benz. It may be worth your time.

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

I am thrilled with the service I received from start to finish and will be a new customer of Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz. My engine light went on late Thursday afternoon. When I called the service center at the dealership, there was a "live" person that immediately answered the phone to discuss the reason for my call and schedule my appointment. I was able to have my vehicle inspected and serviced the next morning. The service consultant assigned, John, was awesome. John and the technician researched to find that the issue causing the engine light to go on was covered under an extended manufacturer's warranty and the repair was completed within just a few hours. They even provided complimentary Lyft rides from and back to the dealership. I am so impressed by their customer service that I am switching to this dealership going forward for my annual maintenance service.

Great riding car and easy to handle. Almost drives itself! This is my fifth E Class Mercedes, and they have all been reliable, safe cars. Lots of electronics in this one!

She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. This has been my 5th MB, and is one of my favorites to date. It is an E400 4-matic coupe. Looks great, and even though 6 years old, most people think it is new. performance is not track-worthy but perfect for touring and everyday driving. Has been bulletproof mechanically and i consistently get 22-24 mpg average with spirited driving. Having the old screen is cumbersome, but I'm sure they have fixed it with newer models.

I came in at 530 they close at 6 as I was unaware. yet unbegrudgingly My salesman Devin stayed until 930 and I drove home that night in a new car. its very refreshing to meet people who treat their customers so well this is my third Mercedes but first time purchasing at Feldman's but henceforth will be the only dealership in MN that I will do business withy for the forceable future as well as recommend them and my salesman Devin to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

Have 40k and only maintenance has been annual oil changes and a new set of tires. Ride is super comfortable, interior is total luxury. First Mercedes we have owned, owed BMWs and Porches, and would definitely buy Mercedes again. Get compliments from anyone riding in the car. Only nit is navigation, but we use Apple CarPlay so no big deal

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

I had purchased a new rims and tires for my BMW, which I actually purchased from Automation. The rims were installed but would have fallen off in no time. When I stopped by, Paul practically finished what he was doing and went over to diagnosed what I had told him. He got in the car and took a test drive. Upon his return, he was able to reinstall my rims correctly with great confidence/skill. One of the nuts had already fallen off the rear wheel. 2018 e300 4matic sedan luxury package w premium package 1.2 & 3 This car is a pleasure, the 4cyl jumps and at 75-80 you feel like you are doing 50 in regular car. Bought w 45,000 have 88,000 on the clock. Only costs were brakes and rotors, and thermostat at 75k. Great acceleration super comfortable ride. Sold a 2014 e350 convertible to get the sedan. Drop top was awesome but kids appreciate more space in sedan. In the snow it is a beast, in the rain it’s a monster, riding on 18’s and switched out the tub flats for fat diaper tires, but the ride is a dream. Looked at 2020 740 Bmw and believe it or not the drivers cabin felt bigger in the eclass?!? Big enough but not unwieldy, it Moves to 100 mph really easy can’t imagine what the e400/e500 is like. The self driving is a gimmick heads up display is ok but not needed, heated seats are a must, and the mb-tex seats are a disappointment on a $75+ car Navigation blows… other than that it’s a 10/10. Changed drive belts as a precaution use liquid moly oil, it makes the direct injection motor idle quieter. Run regular gas not super
