We decided to purchase a couple of Jeeps. Ourisman was the only place that had the model we wanted so I decided to make the trip from NM. I thought is was a crazy idea but with the pandemic going on it seemed fitting to do something crazy. I had pleasant experience. So ended up buying 2 Jeeps and because the transport was 2 months out I flew there twice. The guys are fantastic. The price we agreed on is the price I paid. People should be able to understand the advertised price includes incentives they might not qualify for. It is the name of the game. But look at the bottom line and likely the price from Ourisman will be better than the rest. The sales person was great and Younes, the general manager, as well as Simo, the sales manager, make the buying experience pleasant.

This car has so many safety features it’s a comfortable ride with a stylish look and gets lots of looks. I’m thrilled with it. The ambient lighting is so cool. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who wants to be safe. Cynthia H

I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

These cars are very very reliable, the engine gives the driver of power over and stability over most other cars, the car is very quiet considering the 300 eye popping, seat of the pants performance, the E class makes you feel like a spell person, and you would be if you bought one today.

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

This is the third car I’ve bought from this dealership and its wonderful salesperson, Shawn Vahid. Buying a car can be stressful, but Shawn makes it fun too. He knows Audis, and he really tries to get each client the perfect car. This time it is another Q3 for me. But next time I’m sure I can talk him into selling me that sports car in the lot — the one with the red leather interior and the sticker price I can’t afford. A girl (on my 80’s) can dream. Traded in my 2011 Mercedes convertible for a used E400 2018 sedan. With 45,000 miles. It is loaded with every safety option available and a host of other options including the $5400 upgraded stereo with a subwoofer in the trunk, massage seats, heated front and rear seats with front heated arm rests, heated steering and front cooled seats and more and run flat tires. I’ve driven the car for two months and my only complaint is the speed control remembers your last speed even if you turn off the speed control, ( only forgets when you shut the car off). If you accidentally hit the speed control shaft in a parking lot the car launch’s ahead scaring you half to death before you slam on the brakes. Beside this anonymity, I love this car. It’s fast and can adjust exactly how it drives. Economy, comfort and sport, it’s like owning three different cars. In sport, the steering wheel tightens up and it sits in a lower gear for rapid gas pedal response and flys around corners with planted ease. With the 4 MATIC it drives in the rain as if there is no rain. It also came with the self adjusting shocks so it eats up large dips in the road. The radio is amazing but I would not put it in a new one. The adaptive suspension is with every penny. I love the cooled seats and now I’m spoiled. Overall for the price I paid as a used certified MBenz, with safety features, an older driver , or any driver, needs it’s a bargain. I smile every mile. Also auto drive is great but takes some getting used to. At first I lightly held the wheel now I hold the wheel tighter. It helps you feel like your driving and it’s helping. I

After connecting with the Tony, the sales manager, I set up an appointment to see the car. The sales team was friendly and welcoming. I will disclose that I take an extremely detailed in my approach to buying a used car. Tony and his team accommodated my request to put the car on a lift, talk to his service manager, and get the car inspected in Maryland because the requirements are different state to state. In addition, Tony was flexible and straight shooting about the cost of his car and extremely transparent when discussing terms. Tony went the extra mile and addressed my concerns regarding specific items that caused the car to fail Maryland inspection. What I valued the most, was Tony's honesty during the process. Don't get me wrong the sales team are salesmen because they need to sell a car. But the experience was good because Tony went out of his way to be creative in order to make a deal. All in all it was a good experience.

If the vehicle is all that the sales person and my research indicated that it is, then the vehicle should last me a decade if I adhere to regular service intervals and repairs or replacements. I plan to drive it until the wheels fall of so I hope it stays humming and running for at least the next 10 years.

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

Was looking for a hard to find mid size pickup with manual transmission and found one here at a good price. Kevin was very good to deal with and made the buying process very pleasant. No pressure. Was surprised a 30 day warranty was included since most dealers of this type mostly sell “as is”. Drove truck 150 miles home and for several weeks with no issues. Dealer fee is very reasonable and Kevin actually knocked the price down to where the fee was basically waived. I was impressed with their inventory - they appeared to have only quality used vehicles.
