I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

After visiting several car dealerships near me and having a godawful experience, I decided to expand my search. GAA Auto Sales was out of state for me, so everything was done via phone and text. They gave me a clear cut out the door price when I asked for one, with ZERO junk fees to have to haggle. Cost, fair doc fee, and taxes... that's it! And in the financing office, they offered options with both clear total pricing and monthly pricing, and never once was I pushed or uncomfortable after saying no, which was a breath of fresh air. Honestly during my long drive down to the dealership that day, I thought about how easy the phone and text process had been, and figured once I got there they would drop a bomb on me... Boy was I wrong! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10 rating from me... I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

Bought a 2014 Prius C here with minimal brain damage. Carfax was not provided, so I had to get it on my own. They have many cars with mileage less than 60,000 and prices less than $10,000. Dealer lots only have 1 or 2. The lot is small. Andre and Viktor took good care of me. I bought a used car that I expect will last another 8 to 10 years and get 50 mpg to boot!

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

My 4th Mercedes-Benz. I have had a GLK, C CLASS and two E Class’s. I currently have an E Class. AWESOME! High levels of refinement, lots of equipment, comfortable, and drives very well. Before you buy a new cheaper car I would definitely look at a used Mercedes-Benz. It may be worth your time.

I went to this dealership via a recommendation, they will not disappoint. Friendly and very accommodating, needed my truck checked out. I had a problem with a battery that triple A installed, I asked they send a triple A person to this garage while I was there. Triple A guy was rude and irritated that he had to come, did not have a replacement battery anyway. Omar patiently put up with this obnoxious triple A guy and was more than helpful on more than one visit. Service is everything no matter how big or small the job, these guys are five stars plus. If you are looking for top notch service and people who genuinely care about your needs , then look no further. Highly recommend, thank you.

I have had two W124 models, (1989 an 1995) The 1995 (currently own) has just about 300K miles and is solid and a trooper ( even at over 80mph on hwy) daily driver, reliable, has full power -lots of torque and handles beautifully. No major issues, I also have the same model in a 2004 version and, hands down, the 1995 version is superior in all ways. The only downside to owning these older cars is that parts and mechanics for regular maintenance are also becoming rare.

This is the third Ford dealership I have had experience with and was by far the best. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful, they didn't hide any of the fees and were straight forward with the price the quoted(actually wound up being a little cheaper than their initial quote!) And helped me out with getting an explorer foe my family. This was also while I was juggling 3 kids under 5 with a stroller. All in all great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Styling, Dependability, Options, Electronics, Ride and Handling are 2nd to none. Price is very reasonable for the value received. Good resale when you decide to buy another one.

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!
