I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

Recommend that you look for Eric Carlson if you're anywhere near Chantilly and interested in shopping for a used Mercedes. He is what you need: knowledgeable, patient, composed. He'll take you around the lot, provide all the information you want, and then give you all the room you need to make a decision about how and when to proceed. He is a 5-start sales consultant.

Great riding car and easy to handle. Almost drives itself! This is my fifth E Class Mercedes, and they have all been reliable, safe cars. Lots of electronics in this one!

Went in for a repair and was very satisfied with the turnaround time to get the service done and return my car back to me.

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

I have been in the market to replace my ML400 and was looking to upgrade to a GLE AMG53. I have done my homework and know what I want and quickly learned that I would have to order. I dealt with a number of dealers and sales people (including someone else at this dealership) in my attempts to buy a car, but they either: were non-responsive, wanted to sell me something I don't want, evaded my questions, ghosted me, etc. I love my MB and was hoping to get another one, but it got to the point that I was contemplating switching makes. I finally reached out to Danny Nasr. He was extremely responsive, professional, answered my questions, and provided helpful information. We ironed out my build within a day, and he offered a fair price. I should get my car in in a few months. No games. Done!

I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

I had an awesome experience dealing with Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner. This was the best car purchase experience I have had. The sales person Trivian Anand is such a great customer advocate. The manager, Pascuale, bent over backwards to accomodate me. The finance manager (Sue Kim) was very transparent. Overall it was pure joy to deal with these guys contrary to most other car buying experiences

They are very knowledgeable and experienced with out-of-state transactions. The car was exactly as described by Select Auto in excellent condition with no surprises and no hassles. I am very happy with the team of people at Mercedes’ Benz Chantilly. Sodik Lawal sales and David Han finance were the absolute best! They worked really hard to get me my dream car not only that but I got to leave with my car on a Sunday (same day). I work a ton so it was hard to figure out when exactly to go to these different dealerships to find the car I wanted and on a Sunday it’s very limited on where you can go. I went to a couple different dealerships but none like this . Sodik Lawal my sales person told me all they had in stock for the model I wanted with the different price points . He explained each feature in the fullest extent. Not only just a test drive and that paper at the car window but he sat with me and really explained the car as I have not been car shopping in seven years so even the push to start is something to get used to. All the features were amazing to say the least future that excites and I thank him for going above and beyond to help me work with the technology. David Han the finance manager is the absolute best he really fought for me making calls to make sure I got the best rate. I am 23 with not that much credit history just good but not excellent credit and other dealerships ( I went to 5 total) were almost doubling my interest when financing with them despite the down payment I was putting down. It wasn’t the best deal nor did I get all the features I get with Mercedes’ . I was not sold on the car but here you can find your perfect match I’m telling you these cars are like driving a cloud ! Mr. Han really explained my options and the next day got me a better deal. They really worked with me to get me a good car that I am absolutely in love with at a really good price brand new. They make the process easy and explain everything itemized which was not the same experience I’ve had at other dealerships . You see what you get , where the extra fees are for, what features you get, and the coverage is amazing. This team was a absolute pleasure to work with . I cannot thank them enough !

I got my Mercedes-benz 2016 E class E400 saloon/sedan V6 back in 2016. The vehicle currently has 34,637 miles and has been phenomenal. That M276 engine has performed magnificently without any issues at all. Not one scratch or dent not even any swirls exterior paint. The two tone designio interior leather as well as the exterior obsidian metallic black is just like day one when new. All electronics functioning perfectly no issues. The only thing I had to replace was the battery which is perfectly common after several years. All maintenance has been performed over the years as scheduled. No oil leaks or leaks of any fluid. It's been nine years since I had my E400, and I can see many more to come. Being this my first Mercedes-benz I can say confidently this has been the best vehicle I've ever own hands down.

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

Mr. Wright (salesman) and Ms. Hana (financing), provided awesome customer service. They were NOT pushy or unhelpful. Ms. Hana looked at the apr my bank was charging me, and provided me a MUCH lower apr. They made me feel like a valued customer.

We recently purchased our Mercedes Benz it is our pride and joy and had to take it in for a schedule B service. we ran into an issue but after several conversations the Manager Charles called me back and was very understanding as to getting the situation resolved. He treated me with grace and i was completely satisfied with the way he rectified the situation he even presented options in getting it resolved to my satisfaction. regardless of what the problem was the manager wanted to fix it. its just good to know that you can take your luxury car to a place like EuroMotors Germantown where they will treat it with as much care as you have invested in it. overall good service.

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.
