Absolutely love the exterior styling of the sedan. There have been no problems and it’s only been to the dealer twice for software recalls. Biggest problem is rear visibility. Never back up unless you have a big area and nothing to hit. However, it will warn you before you hit something. This is a problem at charging stations.

I am 76 years old and always owned a Mercedes among other cars. It is, by far, the best car I’ve ever owned. It is quiet fast and comfortable. I enjoy driving it and I could enjoy it more if I read the manual and learn how to use the electronics. I have owned it for 8 months and have about 7,000 miles on it without any issues so far. From 20% to 80% charge it take about 30 minutes, depending on the charger. With an 80% and a 100% charge my range has been 340 and 420 miles consecutively. If I have to be critical, I have to say that, perhaps because of the aerodynamic design, I find it a little more difficult to get in and out of it as compared to my AMG S Class.

The car is great. The charging sucks. The MBUSA EQS Support is worse. MBUSA mis-represented the free charging and I think they should be called out for poor decisions. MBUSA added a concierge call in number but these people know less about the car and support services they I learnt in 2 months. You need a strong dealer and a good relationship with them to cover the mess MBUSA mad. Really love the car.

I have now Idea why this dealer ship is so underrated , this dealership , went way and beyond our expectations , the price and service was right , I was in and out in 45 min buying a new car , I worked with ALi from sales and his manager Sami thank you both .

I have been looking for a nice second gen Honda Pilot for quite some time and live in Western Washington. I found what sounded like a really nice one online and sent an inquiry and received a response from Mike Malott. He was very honest and upfront about the long distance purchase process and gave me a fair and honest description of the Pilot. He helped me with every step of the long distance process and I went ahead with the purchase and had it shipped over 700 miles to me. When I received the Pilot, I was truly amazed at how nice it was on person and it exceeded my expectations on every way. Came in today after looking at 3 other dealerships. I originally came in for a certified pre owned vehicle. I was greeted with a smile by Mina. We were up front on exactly what we wanted as far as a sales rep went. She hooked us up with John Modica and Andy. These two men were the dream team!! They worked together to get us an awesome deal on the dream car that I wanted. The best part is that it is BRAND NEW and the exact color I wanted. I came in with low hopes and these guys put the bar through the roof for me. These people are awesome. I definitely recommend making the drive even if you're like me and have to travel over 2 hours. It will definitely be worth your while.

I have owned this car for 5 weeks. 1800 miles so far. Drives like a dream. This is my 4th ev/hybrid. By far the best. The most quiet and smooth ride I have experienced. I have seen range of 370+ miles on a full charge. Highly recommend.

A Mercedes first. This is the ultimate electric car as it now sets the standard. I have owned it for 2 months now and everything about the EQS 450+ is impressive. Amazing range at over 350 real world miles, incredible comfort and luxury. It is the best electric car I have owned so far.
