Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. We worked with Nick Smith as our sales associate and Garret McLeod as our financial manager while purchasing our new Honda Civic Sport. Both of these men were so incredibly informative and kind throughout the whole process. They helped me understand all the extra details about the car and the financial process. We will absolutely be back next time we need to purchase a car. They definitely went above and beyond!!

Overall great experience of this suv, no complaints on the driving and comfort. The back has massive space for carrying plus if the need arises the seats can be folded 180 degrees to increase the rear space. Engine has a nice roar to it and smooth suspension. Has three driving modes, eco which will have a nice lux quiet sound to it, sport will enable the exhaust to roar, and manual for more driver control. Overall loved it and will buy again.

I’ve been going to Crown Eurocars to service all of my Mercedes for the past 12 plus years and Anthony Beyley is the BEST service advisor I have ever had. He is kind, caring and most of all honest. I will not name names but past advisors have always tried to upsell me and get things done that were not high priority. Crown truly has a great service advisor in Anthony Beyley, I hope they treat him as well as he treats his customers.

I purchased a 2021 Porsche Carrera S (with an Aerokit!!) and had it shipped to Texas in December of 2020. My salesman, Kent Hill, was wonderful to work with: very professional, prompt and courteous. The car was shipped a few days later and it arrived in flawless condition and detailed, along with all the paperwork, a Porsche tumbler and leather keychain. Sean Oliver, the finance manager, was also very prompt and helpful and made the buying process easy and seamless. Finally, a shoutout to Chris, the delivery driver! Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership because they are honest, upfront and ethical. Isringhausen is the dealership that others should emulate! Best place to go when shopping for Mercedes-Benz. Better treated than the one we have in Sherman Oaks. If they don?t have the one on the lot, they will find the one for you. Sometimes it?s better how you?re treated than the fancy facade of the establishment.
