Two weeks ago we found a Jeep Rubicon on their lot that we liked, low-mileage with lots of pricey off-roading upgrades that made the price seem reasonable. My husband was thrilled. We decided to make the two hour drive from Southern Vermont, and were greeted warmly on arrival. We had easy rapport with Ted, and excellent conversation during the long financial process with Zach (okay, if I’m honest it was only long because we couldn’t stop talking). Three days later we returned to pick up the Jeep, which needed an O2 sensor. A couple days later my husband noticed the Jeep didn’t have a muffler - someone had taken it out and their mechanic apparently missed it - the sound hadn’t changed from our first visit and test drive. Fortunately, a quick phone call sorted it all out. All in all we’re very satisfied with our experience despite being a little surprised such an obvious piece, needed for inspections throughout New England, would be missing from the vehicle. However, their assurance that they must sell an inspection-ready vehicle, and quick action to right the issue saved their review, and our overall impression. Thanks, guys! We can’t wait to get out on the class 4s!

This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

We have had our GLA 250 for 9 months now and absolutely love it. Great handling and ride comfort. Big enough for hauling small pieces of furniture. It’s our first Mercedes. No wonder people buy one.

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

My wife needs to retire her car. We are looking at three brands and this was our first stop. We spoke to Brockton and he made it a great experience. If she decides on the Mercedes we will be back.

I always have an interesting car. I recently bought an AMG SLS Gullwing Coupe from MBOB. The sales associate, Mike, was exceptional. I did not have the car inspected, since MA has an auto warranty requirement. When I received the car, it did have a small oil leak. I have to say, I was concerned, since anything on an AMG car is expensive. However, after corresponding with Stephen (MBOB Service Director) and Tim (General Manager) they were good on their word and they coordinated with MB of Tucson for a valve cover gasket replacement. The car is fabulous, its condition is now perfect, MBOB's response was great, and I would not hesitate to buy a six figure car from them again!

I usually get SUVs or Trucks from American Brands. I wanted to get my self a really nice seadan. My buddy recommended me to go to Mercedes-Benz of Burlington before I go to any other luxury dealership. His recommendation was spot-on. Dealership is beautiful with a waterfall fountain plus a nice cafe. The staff is extremely accommodating. I met Collin Stankard valet who took me to TJ a sales associate. TJ was patient and helped me find the right car for my needs. Chris Caputo GSM took the time and found the proper numbers to make me happy because I like to haggle. Then I sat down with Steve Baker a finance manager me made the paperwork easy peasy. Elaine PC had an awesome delivery for me. I learned the ins and outs of the car. Tim Martino the GM was out on vacation but made sure that everything was done properly and I was treated like a VIP. My father was in the car industry. I know the games and gimmicks the people like to run. I'm extremely happy that I only had to go to one place and had a great experience. I'm now part of the mbob family.

Went to 3 other dealers before being reccomend to matt Harris and knew instantly it was our last stop. We has been treated like xxxx at the other dealers. 1 lied to us and another told us he would not replace bald tires on a 2 year old luxury vehicle. The second we met Matt we knew we were In great hands. My fiance got the Mercedes she wanted at a fair price and the vehicle recieved everything it needed in the shop before we looked at it. The finance guy treated us like human being and never once felt like I was being had. Oh I forgot to mention that I sold cars for the last 17 years so I recognized great people right away. Great car, terrible dealers and maintenance costs. I have had two GLA vehicles, a 2016 GLA45 AMG and this one a 2018 GLA 250 AWD. I have a love-hate relationship. The car itself is really enjoyable and the 208hp dual clutch drive train is nearly perfect in my mind for sporty but efficient driving. It has good acceleration, little to no lag and I can consistently hit the high 30’s for mileage in the mountains of Colorado. I have gotten 38mpg over a 250 mile trip. It is mid 20’s around town which is good because you need premium gas. The storage areas are small-ish and funky but doable and has two USB ports in the center console with no grooves for the cables but they will pass through. I recommend blind spot detection as a must because the side mirrors have a large blind spot you cannot dial out. The car runs very smoothly, absorbs bumps well and decent sound proofing for this size. The power lift gates, keyless doors on all four doors just touching the handles is perhaps my favorite comfort feature. It drives like a car so if you like high SUV seating positions this is not for you. Air works great, electronics are kind of odd for 2018 so having Apple Car Play is a must in my mind if you are buying used. I really love the car for it’s details, lovely interior and performance and can recommend it to others based on those things. The huge negative for Mercedes is they are hands down the worst dealerships and I interacted with three. They do all the classic dealer tricks and the maintenance costs on a car running perfectly fine will make you bleed. An A service (odd years) was $933.00 and they wisely will not tell you that till you show up. Shop around as another dealer was only about 60% of that. I just replaced a dead battery today and it was $639.00 and done in less than an hour. I would go to an independent shop for half price maintenance unless a warranty item (I have extended/CPO). In the end this makes me give up on Mercedes. Cars are wonderfully engineered and truly enjoyable and look great but dealers and everything associated suck. Yeah, I know there are probably good ones and if you don’t mind a siphon in your wallet and typical dealer tricks then you will love them and they will love you. So, 100% recommend the car and a 100% thumbs down on the dealers. Research yours carefully and if good or if you can go to an independent then jump on the car if you like sporty, elegant and fun.

Just got the 2023 gla 250 4matic. It’s good looking inside and out and drives very well, comfortable and sporty in perfect combination. My only knock would be the front seats seem a little small. You have to do a lot of option thinking to get exactly what you want and are willing to pay for but otherwise a good value.

We Purchased our third BMW form TMC late this fall. Both Rick and Gregg helped us and they were both excellent. Great product knowledge and these cars have lots of options! We live in western NH so we would not made the drive unless the service and selection were the tops!

This car is absolutely great. I have back problems and the seats are really comfortable. The drive is great. Best crossover I have purchased. Interior is nice too. And love the inside lighting.
