Purchasing a new car at Mercedes Benz of Marin. My Salesman Frank Andretta was amazing. He understood my needs and made very helpful suggestions. At no time was he pushy. He wants me to go back for an hour to explain the features of the car to make sure I know how to fully use them. I would give him 5+ stars if I could. We purchased a CPO C250 from a nice sales lady named Veronica Cheung the other day. She is fair, patience and professional, She made a stressful process a pleasant one. Although the detailing job of the C250 was not perfect, there are quite a few slight "noticeable defects"....worn-out volume switch on the steering wheel, dried excessive wax on cravasses of the body, some chipped paints, dusts on some internal area...etc. With the assurance of the Purchasing Manager and Veronica, I am sure all these minor things will be taken care of when I bring my car in when the promised part arrives. Kudo to The Mercedes Benz of San Francisco managment team, you folks really understand what Great Customer Service is ! PS. The ladies at the reception desk are very pleasant and helpful too, excellent first impression!

I came in just to browse...left with a new ride! I took my grandmother to shop at Sprouts next door and figured I'd burn a few calories and walked over to MB just to walk around. I was enjoying conversation with a very friendly and funny, Rome. I was curious what my old Bimmer was worth so we walked over and drove it back and appraised it...next thing I know, I'm picking up Nana in my new GLC!!! This was so quick and smooth, it should be illegal :)

$110k is quite a bit to spend on a vehicle that I don't need so the service should feel different, almost like you are paying for special treatment...we that is just what I got. I feel great about the whole thing and I will be a Mercedes-Benz driver for life now! Gave it almost a month before writing this review but I am in love and want to world to know. Just don't get the same exact car as me :)

I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

My service advisor, Steve, is great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Helpful. Facility?s remodeling is currently underway therefore it?s a little chaotic. Once it?s completed and hopefully there?s more seatings for customers to wait.

Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. Verbal commands to Mercedes makes calling folks if changing stations real easy
